GREAT PRICES AND GOOD DEALS ON THE BEST SCENTS!! I love this store because who doesnt enjoy smelling all the candles?!? But the prices are almost unbelievably low on most products and I ended up walking out with a beautiful glass-in-paper candle which I had no intention of buying! It was a large candle for only $9 and we got an additional 10% off at the register! The staff was friendly and very interested in helping us find the best scents to enjoy.

Timmy did such a great job helping us. He was really sweet and knowledgeable. He helped us customize a candle and was really patient while we picked what we wanted. We really enjoyed our shopping experience there and good sales associates like Timmy make all the difference. Thanks!

Life hack: Smell the inside of the lid rather than the inside of the jar for an idea of what the candle smells like when it is burning.Also, I’d recommend subscribing to their emails as they have good deals from time to time. One email I received was for Buy Two, get Two Free, so I saved over $50 on candles! Steal of a deal!Also, the staff are friendly and a great selection of scents to choose from. My personal favorites are the Woodwicks and the seasonal candles for autumn and Christmas. As a sufferer of allergies, the cheap candles sold at other places like Target put me out of commission for the day, but not Yankee Candles.

Such a great store! I’ve always loved Yankee Candles, they last a long time and smell wonderful. I went in this location tonight and they had a great sale. Renee was awesome! She helped us find the best deals and suggested different things. We will be back for sure!

I went in today to purchase a few candles since they were on sale. As I was walking around I overheard an employee talking bad about another employee at another store in the area. (I think her name was Rebekah) she was going on and on about how this employee receives so many complaints and how she is surprised how he still works for the company. This is completely unacceptable behavior/conversation to be had during business hours and in front of customers. Upon further inspection I noticed the clothes she was wearing were very different from what the other lady was wearing inside the store. This is very professional and will not be returning to this location.

While walking the mall, Yankee candle was the only store we decided to go into. We saw the awesome sale prices going on right now, cannot beat them! Anyway - the employee working, his name was Tyler, was INCREDIBLE! I was blown away by him! He was so kind to my husband & I. Totally went above & beyond for us. We were so appreciative.

The guy that owns this location (Crabtree Mall) is awesome. Hes totally, unbelievably passionate about the products and can find ways to describe scents that I never knew possible. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in, but if I hadnt, this guy could have undoubtedly led me to an excellent choice. My purchase was a gift and he gladly wrapped it up and made it look extra nice for me as well.Excellent product, super excellent customer service. Cant wait to have a reason to go back :)

I LOVE Yankee Candles.The scents are amazing, the candles burn beautifully, the employees are helpful when I go in.The candles are expensive but totally worth it. They have a large variety of candles to choose from as well as seasonal candles for all occasions.The store is small but packed full of wonderful choices to pick and smell.I do suggest signing up for their emails so you know when they have a sale. Their BOGO sales are the best. Buy three get three, buy two get two, so on. These deals are the best time to shop!

Yankee Candle truly has some of the best smelling candles Ive ever had. This store has all the different smells and sizes you could possibly need. Great customer service

Terrible customer service!! Im a huge fan of Yankee Candle but from now on looks like Im shopping online. I went in last night about ten minutes before the store was set to close -- I hadnt planned to be in there but a few minutes. I was trying one of the testers when a woman came over who seemed to be a manager and asked me what I was doing. I assume something that says tester means you can test it! I asked her a question about one of the products and she replies is that what it says on the bottle? Then obviously thats what it does. I was so surprised I told her I didnt need her help. She replied with the only reason I even came over was to tell you were closing in five minutes so hurry up. Ive gone to this store for years and have never seen her before however if youre thinking of stopping in and see a woman working at the front with long gray hair -- stay away!!

Aside from getting a headache from all the smells, I love this place and could spend all day finding candles and accessories.
