Our positive customer service experience started in the showroom. We took a chance even going in because it looked like a fancy place with higher prices. But the product we ended up choosing came out even less expensive than a comparable product at Lowe’s.We were treated like actual customers and not just one of a high-volume many like in the big box stores. We had a tight timeline to work with and Betty Eatman got a guy in to do our measurement the next day with installation the following week.When installation week came, they called us to make a few day/time changes due to schedule conflict in their end but the changes still worked for our availability — just in time for a party we were throwing celebrating our baby’s first birthday — so I didn’t make a big deal out of it.Installation day went perfectly and the carpet came out great! A couple days later, I received a bouquet of floors delivered to our home from Betty Eatman thanking us for our patience with the schedule changes and wishing our little one a happy birthday. That’s personalized customer service!Eatman’s has customers for life now if ever we need additional rooms done or can refer someone to them.

Eatmans did an amazing job on our stair runner. It was cut and bound on site and is absolutely stunning. Brenda was very helpful and responsive along the way. Highly recommended!

Went in and picked out carpet for a new construction house. Dealt with Brenda. Picked out carpet and was told it would be 2 weeks out on install. 2 weeks went by and I called to check in and guess what all of a sudden we were 4 weeks out before they could send someone out. When I asked if she would guarantee someone could do it in 4 weeks since our house was near completion she said she couldn’t and would need to pull out. You have got to be kidding me.....
