I always have a great experience coming to Walmart. My only complaint is that the registers never have enough people working when its busy 🤷‍♂️. Other than that, Im good.

Its Walmart pretty much the same as any other

I honestly dislike Walmarts but this one is great! It has items stocked. It has 2 to 3 rows of specialty items such as art/hobby, automotive, home, fabric, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ill drive the extra miles to return here.

Store is always busy. Only a few registers opened. Only needed a greeting card but it took about 15-20 mins to get in and out of store.

I only gave a one because it used to be a nice store. It is now dirty, smelly and crowded with hardly any lanes open. The lines wrap around into the produce and the clothing department. A good number of self-check registers are closed. The isles are cluttered with unstocked merchandise and unhelpful team members while the shelves are bare. All this after fighting off a plethora of people begging for money/rides and loitering, if you can find a parking spot.

This is the third time I have had to stand in line because I waited for the self checkout only to scan all of my items just to be told it was card only. It is not posted on the register screen or anywhere for that matter. After that we were redirect to the other side of the store where we were told accepted cash. Nope. Just another wait in line to find out that was not the case. Now we are told to go stand in line again. Nothing posted at all. This is rediculous. They have the actual people handling nasty money, but dont want it touching the machine. My time is valuable and precious. Stop wasting my time unless you plan on paying for it.

Great place to go to shop. Just wish people would wear their mask or not be allowed to enter. We must do everything we can to stop the spread of this virus without shutting down everything.

Placed an order for an item only at this store, went to the Pickup area, and it was a mess from there. There was no person available, and it wanted you to download an app to check in -- no space on my phone to download an app. It said you could do it through a kiosk, as well -- no kiosk to be found. There was also a number you could call, but it was super unhelpful. Everything they were saying was conflicting with an employee who came up to me, and they sounded like I was bothering them with my call. I was told to stay there and wait for someone to bring my stuff. No one came, I was on lunch break with limited time, and I have health issues that cause me to not tolerate standing. I was running late, about to pass out, so I said screw it and got my own version of the item (after having to hunt it down since I never frequent this store), paid, and left. I cancelled the order when I got home. Ridiculous experience, though...

I bought a pair of leggings here picky to her them home and realize that the incorrect size had been hung on a hanger marked medium. The leggings were actually an XXL. I brought them back to exchange them. Grabbed a pair on a hanger marked small only to get them home and see theyre actually a medium. So not only was this trip a waste of time and energy but at this point I feel like employees are doing this on purpose. Ive never had a great experience at this Walmart. Its probably the worst one Ive ever been to and Ive seen some really horrible Walmarts.

This is the poorest run Walmart I’ve ever visited. Rarely do they even have shopping carts in the entrance by the garden center and the store is consistently poorly stocked. For example, on a Friday afternoon, there were literally no more than 10 total egg cartons on the shelf and the majority of those contained broken eggs. It’s very rare to be able to get everything you need in this store. It’s very frustrating and I don’t understand why upper management has not taken action to correct the poor conditions.

They have whatever you need and really cute accessories!

The workers are terrible and rude. I was walking down a isle and a worker came through with the online shopping cart and almost took me out she didn’t slow down or anything. I also was trying to get fabric and I had one in my cart and I was looking at another fabric that was in plastic( which you shouldn’t have your fabrics in plastic still) and a worker told me “no no you don’t take plastic off the fabric” and I was I just want to feel the fabric. So I put back the fabric I already had picked out and she said no no I fix the problem you made. And I said no it was like this when I got I can handle putting it back. There is also no shopping carts when you walk in there are all over the parking lot and the workers don’t do anything about it. You have lost my buisness and everyone else’s business that I know.

Customer service leaves much to be desired, but I mean, this is Walmart. But of many Walmarts in Raleigh, this has to be close to last on my list. It is convenient however, and as always has low prices.

Great atmosphere and fast and friendly services. Always feels welcome and always finding what I come for plus more by time I leave.

Horrible and Lazy!!!!! Lazy lazy lazy. Waited in fabric for 40mins no one said anything to me. None of the self-checkouts take cash and they dont have any sign telling you that so I waited there then tried to go to a register but they dont have any registered open. Just burn the store down and start over. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Worst experience ever with delivery. In the past week 2 of my order have come without my expensive meat items and those two order the driver didnt take a photo of the item they left. At first I thought it was a mistake but today they are stealing and you can never get the store on the phone.

I missed this place and came back to N.C. to visit and stopped by this location. They had the store well stocked from what I could see which is always a plus in my book.

This is by far the worst Walmart I have been to when asked if I could get an associate to open the cabinet so I could purchase a drill first I was looked at like I was bothering them, then it took over 15 minutes before someone came to unlock it for me. It always seems like it is a problem when you have to ask associate a question or for help with something when that is there job. Customer service is definitely not there top priority!!!

Went to Walmart to purchase 1 item I needed the night before my trip and the website as well as the sort stated they close at 11. I walked in at 10:40 and was turned away because they stated they close the doors between 10:30-10:35pm. The misleading advertising caused me to waste gas and valuable time. Really disappointing.

I visited Walmart of Raleigh off Falls of Nuese well it was well stocked, cleaned. Organized, outside and inside. The associates werent real social but they were all business. This place made Wake Forest look like a garage sale, I went to Walmart in wake Forest just to see if it was my imagination but nope same Ole garage sale. Empty shelves. Place is a mess. At least the bathroom were spotless!

4.0 for a Wal-Mart. This Walmart has a good selection of produce. The large selection makes me very happy. The store overall is clean and the lanes are clear. They do a good job of keeping the lanes clear. I enjoy going to this store. The employees are kind and helpful. They need to improve signage at this store. They have a couple signs that have not been changed since the remodel. I have asked a manager to fix a sign three months ago and it still has yet to be changed, I am disappointed. Parking at this location is good; lots of stops.

HORRIBLE store. Worst Walmart in the area. Incredibly rude staff. Grocery Pickup is a nightmare. Been a few times and had to wait 15+ minutes and I was the only car there. Spoken to rudely. I’ve had expired items. Just a trash place will never come to this location again.

It always amazes me on how many people shoo at Walmart. They are always friendly and courteous to me even though some customers are not courteous to the staff.

Had what was needed and the people were as youd expect. Place could be cleaner.Edit: They allow people without handicapped plates to park in handicapped spots. We told an associate and they didnt do anything. Possibly the most disrespectful place.

Good store, a little inconvenient to get to but super cheap stuff if you need quantity over quality!! They have food, furnishings, and pharmacy for all your household needs!! I only gave it a three star because there was no cash registers open except the Self-Checkout counter. Otherwise, good stocking and clean store. If you can find it, its very convenient!!

This place is the bomb. Its got everything. Its huge and nice to visit. Not good for just a few items but you cant beat the price.

It was your typical Walmart. Overcrowded. Items throughout the store in the wrong places, empty boxes of things, disorganized shelves, out of half the sizes of clothes, etc. All to be expected of a Walmart (sorry Walmart, the truth hurts). Nowhere near enough cashiers (they had two cashiers when there were two extremely long lines). It took me damn near twenty minutes to finally get to the cashier. That’s inexcusable. Management needs to be fired.

They never have my body scrubbing clothes. Out of smartfood cheese&caramel popcorn 🍿. Its difficult going to this walmart knowing things and items I would like to purchase arent going to be there. The hand sanitizer station never has hand sanitizer and they just filled the wipe station for the carts. Disappointed in this particular Walmart.

Walmart is one of my favorite places. Im from New York and Im used to one stop shopping and convenience. Walmart provides that. I love that I can shop for food, clothing, housewares and get my nails done all in the same place. I also love that I can shop in store or online and return in store if needed. I havent tried grocery shopping and pick up but my sister and niece love it.

Went for an oil change at 10am, which is when they open according the sign on the door. The bay doors didn’t open till about 1015 and the clerk, who is very nice, started helping the customers in line at the same time. I was 4th in line. The 2nd person in line was getting 4 tires and the 3rd was getting just 1 tire. I don’t know what the first person got. At 1145 am no one’s vehicle had been completed yet and my vehicle was still in the parking lot. I decided to leave. It looked like they only had 3 techs working so they were short staffed. But an hour and a half seemed kind of long for tire jobs that hadn’t been completed yet. On a positive note the store itself is very nice, I go here regularly, and the staff are very friendly.

This Walmart is just ok. However, staff can be rude at times and not helpful. The return lien is ALWAYS way to long. They need to be mindful of having enough staff there. This store is often out of products I am looking for.

I will never go into this walmart ever. I waited 30 minutes to get help at the cologne section pushed the button 4x they kept paging people and know one ever showed up SMH the staff I did find after walking all over the store didnt seem like they cared at all. So my wife and I just left the store. This store need to do better again I will never come back

Big store. Supplied well. Just dont be fooled because its a Walmart that prices are always lowest. For some categories yes. But for food prices can be higher than competition. Employees are always nice.

I placed my walmart order on Saturday evening. I received a message that my order was delayed and would not be ready at 10am the next morning. I decided to travel to the store at like 1pm because I really needed my order. I parked in grocery pick up and called the store. An associate told me they couldnt find my order and stop communicating via phone. An associate approached my car and told me that they were looking into it, but couldnt find my order. I was told to wait outside, but noone came back to assist me. I waited for 10 minutes. I called for the 2nd time and the same thing happened. I was told that my order was lost and they would follow up with me. I ended up waiting an hr in your parking lot and never received my order. THAT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! IT IS UNCALLED FOR AND NOT ONCE DID YOUR EMPLOYEES APOLOGIZE FOR MY INCONVEINCE! I deserve to be compensated for the time I wasted. Additionally, this is not the first time this has happened to me.

I been calling Walmart to let them know that their danimals smoothie yogurt is not good but of course no pick up !. I literally bought it last night & my little girl couldn’t wait to get home to have one . 15 minutes later She was telling me her tummy was hurting & she was getting warm (fever) .I opened one to check & it’s a little chunky . The expiration date Is July 24,21 . It’s very upsetting . Hopefully my daughter doesn’t get even more sick now .

I think Id like Walmart more if I could find Made in America options moreso than the typical bulk Chinesium wares. I guess thats where their profit margin occurs. 😕

Tbh I was a Walmart shopper for years and ended up going to Target One night by chance because it was on the way home from work, and I got to be honest Target is way better. Harris teeter is as well. Way better selection cleaner better stock better staffed everything is superior. The few extra bucks you spend at Target or Harris teeter is well worth it. The only time I would ever go back to Walmart is if it was the only choice or if I was extremely low on money which thank God is never lol

Ive literally had to wait an hour sitting in a spot for Grocery Pickup AFTER I have told them I was on the way and there. Management needs to hire more people within that department to make the process efficient. The customer chooses this pickup option for saving time and it was the complete opposite. It is not fair that only one employee was in charge of Grocery Pickup when it should be run by multiple employees each shift. Unacceptable...

Nice store. Well organized store. Found everything I needed in reasonable time. Checkout was quick also which is usually a problem in most Walmarts.

No customer service, the bar is set low because it Walmart you go for the prices no the service anyway, peanut butter priced at $3.30 rings up at $4.95 I let the cashier know about the advertised price tag, and her response was I cant do anything about it, you can go to customer service, that has a line of twelve people in it to get it addressed.

This Walmart sucks. Self checkout is outdated and the staff is trash. Management is a little bit better but not by much. Do yourself a favor and go to target, if Walmart is a must, try a different one in raleigh. Any are better than this location.

I love using their app and ordering my groceries online for pickup. It’s super easy and really fast! And the employees are always awesome!

It is a Walmart as you would expect a Walmart to be. During the later hours theres a solid group of old ladies that are very friendly theyre always helping out. Definitely try to get there early or late. Midday lines are insane.

Typical Walmart however, dog treats aisle looked like a bomb went off! After digging around and trying to match prices to items in utter disarray I found some great treats for my pup. The SUPER downside is that I also found many treats that were absolutely covered in mold!!! I took several of them to the checkout clerk to bring it to their attention and the employees were also disgusted.

Picked up a online order for the very first time, needless to say I will most likely be purchasing from Walmart this way everytime. Very easily understood instructions for pick up and employees were very respectful and quick.

We get our orders for pickup here every week and have never had an issue. The staff are always very professional, mindful of COVID guidelines, and overall are super nice!

I love the clothes they had there but they always have my favorite clothes it out having my size so it sucks not be able to buy the clothes I like other than that the prices are fairy good and anything else that sucks is that the line that you have to wait in Lord it takes forever

Only shopped there to get an emergency item. Typical Wal-Mart experiences, cant find any representative on the floor, so you have to search, and search for what you are looking for...thats why I order most of my items from Amazon.com...walmart should be ashamed...and its not just at this location, both Raleigh locations, poor service...but they want to check your bag & receipt. Start paying workers minimum wage + and improve your customer service or you wont get my hard earned money.

We got here 10 minutes early and was asked by 2 people our name. 3 others pull up and immediately gets there groceries while we wait for 30 minutes
