One of the best conventions in NC! Has a little bit of everything for everyone! Friendly people lots of celebrities and some of the best cosplays youll ever see!

My first con and it was amazing! So much to do, you couldnt do it all! Panels were fantastic and the cosplayers were phenomenal!

Had an amazing time! Well worth the money and everyone was welcoming! Food trucks were accessable on the convention floor along with every item you could want! Will be going back next year in my own cosplay! Go to this!

Con was great. Easy parking and loads of Covid protection from staff.

Other years they have had a gaming section with pc and all the consoles. Was hoping to try them out but they didnt have them this year. But the fact that it wasnt full to max capacity was cool. You can actually walk throughout the convention.

Super cool experience! Kind of wished it was cooler inside, especially in the summer. Other than that, awesome time.

One of the best comi-con experiences ive have ever had. I took my friend it was his first conversation and he love it.

I love the culture this brings to town. The art, celebraties, comics, cosplay, creativity, games, events are so welcoming!

Excellent event! All attractions were conducted smoothly, layout/map of the area was simple and easy to navigate while still being PACKED with fun things to do, people to meet, and food to eat. Cant wait til next year

Alot of fun! Packed house but fun none the less! Get the weekend pass to make sure you can get all your favorite autographs and see all the vendors!

Our first time going to GalaxyCon. It was great. One thing they needed was seating. Especially in the food court area. We had to sit on the floor to eat which wasnt a good experience. There were a few places to sit in the entire place but not many.

It was the greatest Con I had attended. Many lovely vendors and the cos players were top notch.

Galaxycon this year was even more spectacular than previous years. Super well organized and so much fun.

Fantastic comicon as always! Been going since they first came to Raleigh and have never been disappointed. They have the right mixture of celebrities, panels, and more!

Very very fun time!! Even with Covid, it was awesome to see such a great convention, with great vendors and celebrities!

Great time with family sucks that sometimes you are in a long line and then they tell you the guest have to go to a panel or photo shoot and you didnt get to get your stuff signed up

Its was amazing defintly worth the money for the tickets so many friendly people and great things to get at the shops

While it is an enjoyable experience Im worried that each year they have less and less to offer for down time between panels, (2021 will get a pass cause of covid) but I enjoy the full arcade with game cabinets and not just a bunch of game consoles and computers, and enjoy having a place to play tabe top games that is easy to find.

Such a fun experience! Loved the guests! Layout was easy to understand. Only issue was a volunteer approaching a child I was watching and attempting to rip a sign off his neck. This did put a damper on the experience.

Loved the idea that they put together an impromptu rink at the Raleigh convention Center. Innovative and great way to re-engage residents. I wish they had made the rent just a bit bigger though, it got a bit crowded.

Way overpriced I MEAN WAY TOO OVERPRICEDWay to sellout and corporatize 50 dollar day passes ? You should be ashamed of yourselvesThe staff was very rude and hesitated to answer any questions we had... the group and I will not be returning

Went to GalaxyCon a few years ago as Princess Zelda from The Legend of Zelda. i got a BUNCH of compliments including one from juggernaut XD!! the actual building itself was humongous and its overall a nice environment full of great people. 10/10 would go back again :)

So much fun, so much to do, well organized, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, something for everyone in the family. Pack your walking shoes because you are on the go all day, but it is so worth it!

Ive been to every Raleigh Supercon so far and it gets better every year. Tons of celebrities, comic book artists, local & regional artists and craftspeople and of course tons of things to do and geek out on. I truly love this convention.

Wow. I had a fantastic time. These are just a few random arts and things at the con. I will definitely go again next year. I meet a ton of people Jay Mewes, Jonah Ray, Unknown Hinson, Dana Snyder, Tim Curry, Meatloaf, Mick Foley and a bunch of other people and artists.If you enjoy cosplay, Galaxycon had contests and there were hundreds of people dressed as people from games/movies/animes.It’s a great event for people of all ages also. Bring everybody :)

Had a great time at Raleigh Supercon! Went on Friday to avoid the large crowds and it paid off.

I took my son for his birthday. We had a blast! We are so excited to come back. The people were great and so creative! The guest list was impressive and parking.....parking was so easy! Great event!

Place was amazing

First time going to the Galaxy-Con. The event was better than I could ever imagine! Met Billy Yost and Kristy Swanson. Lots of vendors and food options, had a great nerd festival feel. Would highly recommend going!

Best birthday weekend of my life the first time, I went my homies had paid for the tickets and treated me the whole weekend😆😆😆. The vines was awesome, I met two of my favorite VAs, participated in a well oiled tourney. It was just awesome

Fun, friendly, professional and successful venue. We had a blast here. They did great. Only complaint is the ATM machines were all down except one but I think the convention center shoulders that responsibility more than the venue.

New convention center management was terrible. The managers placed vendors in a hotel that was as far as 15 minutes to walk. The building was clean and nice but the employees knew nothing about anything. They were nice as they could be given the circumstances.

There are always some naysayers Michael Mauldin who says it was a waist of time and should have been free! I dont know if any of you know how much a convention costs to put on but it is in the 10s of thousands!! So the little they charge you to get in is a drop in the bucket. Not to mention the amount the vendors have to pay for a booth. Just enjoy yourself and come with an open mind dont look for the bad because nothing is perfect.

Great convention! 2017 was Supercons first time in Raleigh and they did an excellent job. Great price on badges, website is super easy to use, and you get a ton of VIP stuff just for booking at their host hotel (not to mention a discounted rate they had negotiated with the hotel.) The crowd wasnt too big at all, it was a very relaxed, comfortable environment. Looking forward to next year!

Within days of purchasing photo passes, autograph tickets and admission tickets to see the one person my daughter wanted to see, the show sends us an email saying the star has cancelled but has been replaced with someone else. Upon requesting a refund, I was told tickets are non-refundable. Normally I see things like this in the event a customer changes their mind, but when their marquee celeb theyve been promoting cancels - in my eyes, the rules have changed. Yes, this info might be clearly stated - but my review is the same... If I buy tickets to a U2 concert, Im expecting to see Bono sing, not just the band perform some musicals. This company clearly doesnt find a problem with it, and I wont ever spend money with them again.

It was a really awesome experience to go and that was my first time I took my son and wife and we really enjoyed it!

Good guest lineup but too crowded with very few traditional con booths and prices (for autographs, photos, etc) were outrageous. Also, apparently theres no dress code. Saw plenty of skin showing on quite a few cosplays. Im not a con newbie (Mechacon, NOLA; Coastcon, Biloxi; LouisiAnime, etc - I attend cons large and small) or prudish, but I literally saw a girl unbutton her blouse and dance around in her bra in the main area (near the front doors, by the DJ table), regardless of all the young ones around. And this was early afternoon. Definitely not family friendly.

This was a great convention and it was nice to have a larger pop culture con in the Raleigh area. They even gave our local group a free booth to promote our local Met Up group.

This is an amazing convention with tons of awesome celebrities, panels, and vendors. Cant wait for 2018!

I went last year to the 2017 Supercon and met Lee Majors, and had a Blast, now ImLooking forward to Seeing William Shatner at This years Supercon July 2018.

Plenty of spots to cardio & well placed spots for land. The buildings are a perk to the inner location.

It was so much fun! There was a lot to do at Supercon and just...AAAAA it was so amazing! I loved meeting so many cosplayers. However, it is a big con so I wouldnt recommend it to first congoers as it may be overwhelming

Mostly a good experience, except for a lack of communication between staff and patrons / staff and staff. I spent 30 minutes walking in circles with a leg injury, looking for an actor’s booth, and asked a staff member where to find him; staff member had no idea as he was not where the directory said he would be, but she did her best to give me a possible answer and sent me on my way. We made another circle with no luck, and after asking 2 more staff members we were told that Witwer had cancled and was not in attendance— a fact which we did not see on the cons website, twitter or Instagram feeds. Granted all other cancellations were noted on the website, it was very frustrating to be looking around for ages for Witwer’s booth while staff/other resources were unable to help due to a lack of proper communication.

Participating in the copay contest was not very fun, but the con was nice
