After having been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Bigsby for many years, I was reticent to expect the new doctor and staff taking over his Swift Creek business location recently (Dr. B. had retired) to be as good or as personable as Dr. Bigsby was. Boy, was I wrong to be leery! Dr. Alan Byrd, his wife April, and Kyle Darrow couldnt have been more gracious,organized, and professional in their practice. I had my eye examination done there, and then ordered two pairs of much needed new glasses, one for everyday and one for computer work. When the glasses came in, I was very happy with how they fit my face, and how well the lenses worked visually. Pleased as punch! Unless my eyes miraculously become 20/20 again via nature, Olive Branch Optometry will have me as a customer for many years to come; I endorse them without reservation!

Just go here. One doc, one receptionist, and they are awesome. Encourages online ordering, very patient, explains stuff, cares about the patient and the exam more than selling stuff. As such his frame selection is limited, but that’s not why you go here. Took my “VSP” insurance no problem.

Doctor bigsbee is a very smart doctor and I have no issue with his knowledge or medical expertise. I made an appointment while away from work and forgot to write that time down. I showed up late which is my fault and I understand that they couldnt see me but the place was empty and they didnt want me any further as a customer clearly. There was no courtesy appointment reminder and no desire to ask to reschedule.This office is also not somewhere you want to buy frames, terribly small selection

Went to Dr Bigsby for first appointment this week. Nikki was so nice and helpful, she took the time to answer all my insurance questions before making the appointment. Dr. Bigsby was wonderful, he spent about an hour with me. Not the normal kind of eye dr. visit I had been experiencing previous to him. He helped me determine what would be the best avenue to explore for my eyes (Contacts, bifocals or progressives) He really took time with me, answered all my questions and then we went and picked out a pair of glasses-which was reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back to see Dr Bigsby in the years to come... A+++ Rating. I wish more businesses operated like this!

We are very happy with Dr. Bigsby and his assistant, Nikki. They are both very competent, friendly, and take time to answer all our questions. They are also very patient with our young child, who loves them! We are very grateful to have found Dr. Bigsby.

Absolutely, the best Optometrist in the area. His Asst., Nicki is also AMAZING. Prior to stumbling upon Dr. Bigsby, I had went to a few optometrist for my yearly contact exam. After visiting 2-3 Drs within the area, I was recommended to Dr. Bigsby and I havent looked back since. I would highly recommend this Dr. to everyone within the area. They go above and beyond every time!

I was extremely pleased with my first I visit. Doctor was very knowledgeable and quick with his examination. Didnt have to wait at all with a scheduled appointment. Small selection of eyeglasses. I will certainly make this my primary doctor.

I have never been very fond of going to the eye doctor, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience today. Dr. Bigsby was polite and informative. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions. All his responses were sincere and accurate. I was very satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend David Bigsby for your eye care needs. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.

I was seeking a new optometrist and someone recommended Dr. Bigsby. Had my first appointment with him last week, and I am so glad that someone recommended him to me. He is an excellent optometrist! Very patient; VERY knowledgable; and does not rush through your appointment. I also like that Dr. Bigsby does all of your eye exams himself, and does not use technicians. He still checks your eye pressures and eye dryness the old-fashioned way using drops and instruments; rather than relying on optical machines. I had an issue with being able to wear contact lenses due to very dry eyes. Dr. Bigsby suggested a trial pair of contact lenses to try and they are working wonderfully!! Even when I remove them at night, they are not stuck to my eyeballs. Also, Dr. Bigsby continues to work with you on different vision options until you are satisfied. This optometrist is one of a kind; and a rarity to find in todays world of chain optometry eye centers. It is a small, private office where you are given individual, personalized attention. And Nikki, the office manager is wonderful also! Shes very friendly and makes you feel like youve known her all your life. Highly recommend this optometrist practice!

My family has also been going to Dr Bigsby since 93. We drive across town for appts and glasses because we dont want to change drs. I never have to wait and always receive excellent customer service by his staff. Plus the best thing is he is a wonderful Dr as well!
