I was doing a complete kitchen/laundry room remodel and went to 3 different stone locations for estimates. The others were fine, but the service and knowledge at Cary Granite was exceptional. Owen answered all my questions patiently. They partner with several stone yards so the options are many, but we chose a polished marble (for the kitchen) and a leathered granite (for the laundry) that they already had in stock. Owen was flexible around our cabinet installation, and came out promptly to measure for the counters. Then, in under a week, they came to install both rooms in one day! The installers were amazing and so precise. They had to adjust a few of my cabinets and lower the drawer microwave in order for the marble to be level and square; all done without haste! Cary Granite was a joy to work with from the first time I walked in the door until the project was complete. Their knowledge of the business and expertise on the install are unsurpassed. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to others! And, as a side-note, I dont usually write reviews. Doing a remodel isnt the most peaceful experience, but Cary Granite was exceptional!

We just had granite counter tops installed in our kitchen by Cary Granite. Owen Murphy was super professional and made the entire process transparent and easy. The price was better than many other places by far, and the quality of the work is fantastic. Seriously. The seam between slabs is unreal. You literally cannot see it unless you are inches away. We opted to get a new sink through Cary Granite as well, and it also looks fantastic. As far as Im concerned there is nobody else in this area that is even worth considering.

Can not comment on product or quality of work because no work was ever performed. Were promised ~2 week delivery of granite fireplace hearth and surround but we never fit into their schedule. Were given the runaround for 5 weeks with no delivery date in sight so we were forced to cancel our order.Would not recommend them if you want to do a fireplace upgrade.

Customer service is lacking. We had an appointment in advance but few of our in stock selections were easily visible. Its hard to look at a slab that is stuck behind another slab. Felt rushed out the door and not really supported.
