I cant say enough wonderful things about Sam and his team. I used them to install granite in my Town home that we were getting ready to rent out and I again after we bought a house and renovated the kitchen. Very easy process. Very reasonable prices. They did a great job helping us pick out our stone and decide which parts would be for the island vs. the counters. It was a quick turn around time and they did a great job keeping us informed on the progress. I highly recommend them for all of your granite/marble needs.

Sam took an 18 year old tired granite countertop and replaced it with something current and beautiful. Went to get advice about sealing my granite countertop. The owner spoke with me personally and GAVE me enough of the professional sealer that they use to do my whole kitchen. He would not let me pay for it.They put in the granite in my kitchen and master bath and did a fantastic job. Great people.

Sam is extremely knowledgeable and professional. His granite selection is outstanding with very unique and beautiful pieces. He had us come and approve the layout prior to installation. He and his team did an excellent job with installing our beautiful kitchen and butlers pantry countertops. He will be doing our granite work in 3 bathroom renovation jobs. Highly recommend!

I had a piece of marble that needed to be repaired for a client of mine. It was a marble top for a curio cabinet that had broken into two pieces with a missing chip. I was really concerned about this piece because it was an antique, and nearly irreplaceable to my client. I brought the piece to Sam, and he and his team repaired it within one day. When I went to pick it up I was completely shocked as I could not see a seam to where the piece had broken off. It looks amazing, and they even filled in where the chip was!! High quality work, efficient work, and very reasonable pricing. I will be going to him with any future granite/marble need, business and personal.

We have used Sam and his company for three separate jobs and have been very satisfied with all aspects of the work.We are building a new home and Sam came to visit, measure and quote for a large island (50 x 102) with farm sink cutout and a counter with a gas cooktop as well as vanities and two other small surfaces. We went to his store and workshop, and he has a large selection of granite quartizite and marble. Sam and his team were very helpful and very clear in the pricing and what was included.The installation was completed on time and without issues and we are most satisfied with the result. These guys are fantastic, I would recommend them to anyone looking for new countertops! I really cant say enough good things about the company. There was a scratch on one piece of the stone on the L shaped part of the kitchen, and they gladly replaced the entire half of the kitchen, just to be sure the color matched at the seam. Their prices are very competitive with all the other companies I checked with, I shopped around quite a bit, and happily ended up choosing Natural Granite and Marble. They are all very friendly, helpful and the quality of their work speaks for itself, as they take great care in it.

Sam, the general manager, made a positive first impression during the sale. The job, however, was a disaster, with incorrect measurements, rough butt joints, and a dusty mess at installation. Sam was present, but seemed distracted and rushed his installers into a shoddy installation. A beautiful piece of granite that deserved more professional handling and installation. Ive had a much better experience with other granite companies.

I recently purchased kitchen granite countertop from Natural Granite and Marble. My experience with the company was excellent. I visited Yard in Raleigh, Sam provided me with a quote in less than five minutes and guided me through the procdure of getting my counter. My kitchen was measured the next day as promised in the window time provided by the company. I get a lot of compliments from my friends and neighbors about the new counter tops I got. I am writing this review because I am really happy with the service I had got.

We had been looking at new countertops (natural stone) for awhile and just couldnt agree on any particular pattern. When we visited Sams business we were really impressed with his selection. We choose a quartzite material right off the bat. Quartzite is a natural product that is similar to granite only harder. Sam came to the house to measure out the countertops and was very maticulous with his measurements. We then went back to his business to look at the how the different countertops were laid out on the actual slab of quartzite to check for grain alignment. We made one change which Sam easily agreed to then scheduled a date. On the date we agreed, Sam arrived with a crew of two. The three of them had the whole kitchen installed in about 6 hours. The job they did was absolutely beautiful, he even applied the initial coat of sealant for the stone. Im very happy with Sam and his Natural Granite And Marble Inc company and highly recommend them.

We just used Natural Granite for our kitchen renovation, which included large kitchen island (over 9 x 4.5) surrounded by about 16 linear ft. of cabinet countertops. We had looked for over 4 months at literally every granite supplier within 150 miles of Raleigh -- most more than once -- trying to find a granite we liked and could afford. We had somehow overlooked Natural Granite and Marble, and stumbled across it online. We went to their showroom, and at long last found one we loved. Sam stocks many granites we had not seen anywhere else, like the White Pilsen we picked out. Its a beautiful light granite with a gorgeous natural flow throughout. AND, it was one of the least expensive granites we had found! We were sold! Sam, the owner, was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with us picking the slabs and deciding how to place the templates to the granite to make the flow in the granite looked its best and minimize the appearance of the only seam in our entire install. He was also willing to make our large kitchen island a single piece of granite. (No seams!) During installation of one of the pieces, we discovered a fabrication issue that Sam immediately took ownership for and replaced without hesitation. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. Working with Sam and his team was wonderful, and we LOVE the granite we found there... a real hidden gem at an amazing price. We are extremely happy at our entire experience with Natural Granite, and our countertops look amazing!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! The marble they installed in our master bath was cracked, pitted and filled with putty (to hide the poor quality), the seams were roughly and unevenly cut and unattractively wide, the top not centered, and one piece (threshold) was left uncut. They refused to make any corrections unless we gave them cash up front. The entire project had to be torn out and re-done by another company.
