All the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.They try their best to help you with your project.And surly they work hard to make the impossible, possible.

I recently had several shirts printed here. The owner and staff rushed my order the same day as I was in a big hurry. The shirts are high quality and the people were very helpful. Will certainly be using them again!

First, the staff were all very pleasant and professional. And the work was done on time and looks good. The towels they did for us are great and the hats well done. BUT I do have to say I was taken aback by the pricing for the hats. All they were doing was embroidering Papa on the front of 4 hats. I wear a size 7 5/8 hat and have a hard time finding that large size. Most places just do not have enough demand and do not carry that size in inventory. I buy them wherever I can and have them embroidered. They charged me $15 to embroider each hat with 4 letters- Papa. But then they added a $10 fee per hat making each hats cost a total of $25 for 4 letters. $6.25 per letter is a bit excessive. I will look around some more next time.

More expensive than I expected, but I am hopeful that it will be good quality.

We contacted Big Frog Custom T-shirts and More after we had a last minute thought of wanting to get t-shirts for our lunch event celebration the next day. We were not sure if it was even feasible. Well - they came through for us. We okd the proof about 5pm and at 6:45pm I picked up 25 t-shirts with our logo and each employees name on them. Thanks for your quick turnaround! Everyone LOVED the shirts! I would HIGHLY recommend them! They do GREAT work.

I placed a simple order in July, 6 months later it still wasn’t completed after multiple follow ups on my part. They basically acted like my order didn’t exist and ignored my inquiries until I chased them down for a refund.I’m not even a particularly demanding customer, was more than reasonably patient. I never even write reviews, but this was just especially unprofessional.

Ive ordered shirts a couple times for our small business. The shirts are great, the ordering is easy and painless (no minimum requirements, the prices are excellent, awesome customer service). I will continue to use Big Frog moving forward and would recommend them to anyone looking for custom shirts.

We had two bad experiences in a row with this company. As a business owner, I know how damaging bad reviews can be, which is why I have given them a week to respond privately to my last e-mail, and it hasnt happened. Our first set of staff shirts had the design printed lower on the shirts than our mock-up showed, putting circular designs at an awkward placement for female employees. The replacement batch were printed on entirely different styled and color shirts, our logo was the wrong color (purple instead of pink) and one shirt had a 2 hole torn in it. I got no response from the feedback on the second set. We will not be using them again.

Big Frog handled some of my outlandish turn around times professionally and quickly! Great customer service and great pricing. I got 2 white sweatshirts done with their DTG printing, and it was so good I went back to fulfill an order of 35! Both the Durham and Raleigh locations are good.

Big Frog was absolutely amazing for us. Unfortunately, we needed to use Big Frog to make t-shirts to honor a very dear friend who had passed away. Big Frog went above and beyond to accommodate us in a very short period of time. Within 3 hours we not only had a design created, rendered and ready to go from them and they were able to produce 30 shirts in various sizes to help us hold a fundraiser for our friends family. They were extremely courteous, generous and overall amazing to work with. They stayed late to help us get the shirts done and picked up! The quality of the shirts was amazing and everyone at the fundraiser was extremely proud to wear their creation. I will only use Big Frog for any printing needs from now on.This is the type of service every company should strive to have for their customers.Thank you Big Frog!!!

This is a terrific local business! I had the best experience from the moment I walked in to delivery a day and a half later. I chose them based on other glowing reviews, and Big Frog definitely came through. Thank you especially to Josh for helping with my custom shirts. I only got 2 and was treated just as well as a customer with a large order. This is the way to go! More affordable than you would think. All inclusive pricing which makes purchasing and design fun and easy. Excellent customer service! I totally recommend them.

Very inconsistent. I’ve gone and my stuff be perfect and I’ve also gone and they messed up garment completely. Last time I️ took Something to this location I️ fully Designed a item with the staff (placement and color). They took 3 days past the time they said it would take. She also added text to my garment that I️ did Not approve. And also choose the wrong colorway on the print. Not really a huge fan of this place I️ would Come here I️f you have too but be prepared for bad service. And long wait time especially if you are bringing your own garment. They make you sign a waiver so they don’t care if they mess up your stuff. STAY AWAY FROM LADY WITH FOOT PROBLEM! Everyone else had been good but as soon as she got involved with my orders they have been wrong and a waste of money

The people at Big Frog went far beyond what I expected in being helpful and offering suggestions. They gave me ample time to consider their ideas and then make my own decision. And when a small confusion happened on one item, they immediately insisted it was their error and they corrected it right away at no cost. That is great customer service.
