Recently I ordered shirts for a BIG family reunion and the shirts were not only amazing but the shirts were amazing!!!!! lol. Scott and his counterpart are one of the best in the surrounding area. Scott does an amazing job of taking your design and bringing it to life. The t-shirts were done very fast with no errors. If you ever want to order shirts, check him out!!!

I must have caught Scott at a bad time as they had staffing and personnel issues. I submitted my order 2 weeks in advance and Scott stated that he can get them done in 3-5 days. I even sent him the art which only needed minor tweaking. He barely put any time on the art. I visited the store multiple times and each time he stated that they will be done by the deadline. Meanwhile he kept taking orders and putting them ahead of mine. The deadline came and the order was not completed with no communication from him. I wished that he would have been honest and told me that they could not get it done so I could go elsewhere. I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience! I have had no need to order custom printed tshirts previously and just went online to find a place to do 12+ for me. I needed them 10-12 days out and for some reason, settled on (rhymes with distaprint, but starts with a V). They gladly took my payment, promised delivery, and failed. With three days before I needed these, I called several local places. Scott at NC Tees seemed to be far and away the most helpful and professional. He helped me tweak my design and offered some helpful suggestions. AND once we settled on a final design, he had them done in less than 24 hours! And at a great price.If I ever have the need for something like this again, I wont even consider anyone else and Ill be passing the word along to my clients who do have a need for the services NC Tees provides.Five stars in every aspect. 100% highly recommended.

Scott was great to work with. He had a lot of patience with meI thought I was ordering a large number and kept going back and forth with my group on sizes and numbers. He was able to get my order turned around in a day and a half. Great service and I will use them again.

NC Tees is by far the best merchandising vendor Ive worked with. Running various youth sports programs in the area we are in constant need of uniforms and tee shirts often with last minute notice. Theyve always delivered on time and have been competitive with the pricing. Many merchandise vendors give 4-5 weeks turn around time since they print out of state or over seas. Having this done locally has been a huge help when we need extras before game day.

I was hoping to never have to leave a review as I do like Scott. I do think he will keep and continue to strive if he did better on his customer service and delivery time. I was not the one time customer, from the start I told him I would be a long term relationship with his business and mine. My first order had a few shirts that needed to be redone, I did not receive the redos for a couple of months and when I did some were missing in the order. My second order which I made a priority (fundraiser) and also submitted with plenty of time was not on time nor did I get a call or any update or apology until I showed up to the shop. My third order was also for another event, I was told again this time they will definitely be on time...I was caught leaving to Charlotte without my order again. oh well, Wish Scott the best.

We found NC Tees online when we were getting quotes for a new t-shirt design for our patients. We called around December and received quotes which were reasonable for what we were asking for and fast responses- we decided in January to move forward with our design plan. We went to the location to decide on material and colors- J, in the store, was very helpful and patient with us as we made decisions. We discussed design back and forth via email, which took a few days as we made changes and again, he was a delight to work with.The only minor issue we found was after we received the shirts- due to the difference in the 60/40 blend and the tri-blend, there was some variance in the 2 colors that we had selected. Otherwise, the selections we had made were to our expectations- we are pleased with the outcome. By the end, we got the design we were looking for and the material is ideal as well. We would recommend NC Tees because of the customer service and efforts put into the design! Thank you to J for all your efforts!

Terrible customer service. Sent my info for a quote on a Monday. On Wednesday I called to ask where it was and was told I would have it shortly. On Friday I called and was told the same thing 4hours later nothing. My opinion they are good for wasting time and wasting time only.
