My family loved this place! The options for FroYo were abundant, and the toppings made us all super indecisive. Any FroYo combination that you think you would want, they have it! The customer service was perfect, as we were greeted as soon as came through the door, and walked through every step in the process. Most importantly, this location was completely spotless and clean. This place is a must visit!

Great froyo. They rotate flavors often and the toppings are nice. Occasionally they wont have all the machines working or the flavor you want.

This is our first time here. We really enjoyed the flavor selection. Good customer service - helped us with the questions we got. Had enough chairs and table to accommodate crowd.There are few tables outside as well. I recommend this shop for yummy and mind blowing flavored yogurt.

I was extremely disappointed by this place. I got two flavors- chocolate and tart but they both tasted spoiled. The chocolate flavor tasted sour and old... the topping bar was extremely messy and easy to cross contain I ate. Nope! Save your money! Also employees are so rude.

Unsanitary, all customers had their hands in all the topping bowls, fingers all over the whip cream can. Come on really? Employees need to get off their backside and put gloves on and build the product for the client. This day in age it is clear that Sweet Frog can care less to keep the public safe. Lazy, poor service and rude. I will never come back!

I usually am not one to write reviews, but my experience with Sweet Frog was unacceptable. At first glance, the store was extremely unsanitary- not okay with COVID going on. Toppings were scattered over the bar and looked like it hadn’t been wiped. We walked in, and the store front as empty, no one in sight to greet / walk us through the process until we waited a good bit to be helped- staff is extremely dismissive and bad attitude throughout. I don’t recommend as it is very unsanitary.

I normally LOVE sweet frog but there was hair in both my and my friends cups. The employees need to be wearing hair caps if they are preparing food.

Staff is friendly, nice, and yogurt flavors are great, fresh, topping are new and the area is clean .

Their selection of yogurt is always crowd pleasing. I also love that they have fresh and interesting selection of toppings. Anytime weve been the prep areas are clean and the tables are wiped down. I wish the toppings bar was a tad easier to reach.

I love sweet frog, yogurt is great never too sweet or bitter, lots of toppings to pick from, staff is super friendly and you can get a punch card and get a free treat for all your visits.

It was good. My concern was the self serve toppings area. It is open on the guest side and guests are using the same serving spoon. I dont think this is a good idea in the age of COVID. The side should be blocked off and let the person behind the counter do the toppings. Thats how its done in another location. I appreciate that I got the fro yo dessert I wanted, but I will not be back.

The manager, Mia, is extremely unprofessional and the store itself was not responsive to my calls. I will be not be returning to this location! The fro yo at Sweet Spoons is better.

Of course it can be expensive there because your Sweet Frog sweets are weighed. But a very friendly sweet Frog vibe. The gentleman there is perfect for his position. He has the perfect character for the store. Love the layout and the location.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! From the flavor selection to the toppings, everything here is absolutely spectacular. So many unique and interesting flavors to choose from as well as the toppings. I would highly recommend to anybody interested in frozen yogurt rather than an ice cream joint. Im personally more of an ice cream fan myself but having to option to add so many different toppings was awesome.

Super clean location, toppings that contain allergens are thoughtfully separated, always a good variety of flavors. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

My first time here... it was everything I wanted it to be and more! My 6 year old LOVES it! She feels like shes won the lottery getting to pick ANYTHING she wanted ! Hahahaha!!! I didnt get her name, but the girl working today was AWESOME!!!! She was so nice and patient... she was the best! My daughter even gave her a hug before we left!!! Just a great experience!!!!

There are the sweetest people working here. Im not kidding. I am amazed at the personalities that are hired here. Perfect compliment for their deliciously sweet frozen yogurt. Take your kids here. Take your significant other here. Get some flavors in your cup, and smile.

Meh. Visited here on a very hot summer day with family. The set up of the space seems fine at first until you are ready to get yogurt, where there is a very narrow pathway that made it extremely easy for other patrons to demonstrate a lack of situational awareness and rudely step in front of our party to get their yogurt while we were clearly already doing the same and would be done shortly. Tables and chairs could be arranged better to allow a clearer space for where to begin to stand in line to properly serve yourself.The way they handle samples is unusual from other yogurt shops — instead of small sample cups, there are very poorly designed and poorly placed signs (above average eye level and not placed near cups) explaining that you just use a regular cup to get a sample. We witnessed a young woman not read the signs and instead take a spoon that she held under a yogurt dispenser to dole out her sample bite, place the spoon into her mouth, and then put her germ-laden spoon back underneath another nozzle to get a second sample, making me question the cleanliness of any of the dispensers (after getting our own yogurt unfortunately).A couple positive things: first, the topping selection was very good with many options. I really appreciated that toppings were behind some glass that made them feel more sanitary and kept small children from grabbing and contaminating things as easily. Both employees were also cleaning and straightening up the whole time that we were there. Floors were disgusting though, the rugs looked as if they’d never been cleaned. The main seating was modern plastic folding chairs and mine happened to have a broken piece.The pros didn’t outweigh the cons, so I doubt we will return to this location.

2019: Continues to excel as best frozen yogurt chain in the area. Has a no-sugar added option for those that need it, lots of good fresh toppings.2017: Perfect selection. Everything tastes great. Toppings are fresh. Employee is really fun, great answers.Kids, adults, seniors all found great flavor combos.

Great atmosphere. Tasty frozen yogurt. The mango and pomegranate is such a refreshing blend. Today we added the pineapple. Omg.. pure heaven with the added fresh fruit. Prices increased but worth it.

We didnt notice this location from the road. I was surprised that they got the amount of traffic the did. Everything was clean and well stocked. No complaints on the food or the toppings. Their price is MUCH more fair compared to their competitors.

This Sweet Frog is great! Its extremely clean and the lady who i assumed to be the owner was very friendly and helpful. A great place to get a treat. We will definitely be back soon....and often.

The manager (MIA) was very rude and Unknowledgeable about her position. I called in regarding a giftcard that was purchased however she refused to assist me as she claim to not know how to use them as payment and that small inconvenience was not something she had all day to talk about. She also said she thought it was fake. Horrible impression‼️ I have called corporate to let them know who’s representing their brand. Will not return.

My family loves Sweet Frog! It is a warm-weather treat that surpasses all others. They have a wide variety of frozen yogurt options and plenty of topping choices. Each day of the week usually features some type of special offer, so be sure to ask when you arrive what the special is that day. We also like that this is a Christian-based business (FROG=Fully Rely on God) and those values are reflected in the way you are treated while you are in the store.

Always a variety of froyo flavors and toppings. We like this place as it stocks quite a few gluten free options. Both a variety of froyo flavors and then the toppings. Ample room for sitting inside and some outdoor seating as well. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Plus, my youngest loves their new frog shaped spoons! Definitely a place to visit.

Amazing customer service from their management and reps. Quality environment with accommodating hours, located in a quiet area if you choose to eat inside or outside. Would highly recommend if you have a craving on a hot summer day/evening.

I e-mailed this company several times and never heard back. I then called them and left several messages, clearly stating my name and number. Never heard a word! Nothing. Ive actually never encountered anything like this. Any company Ive ever contacted, always got back with me, either immediately or within a week or two. I cant believe the customer service, or rather, lack thereof. I was WANTING to ask if they have any NON-GMO options available. Considering how this company treats its potential customers, I have no desire to ever step foot in their establishment. Sweet Frog may have been around for a good while, but I can guarantee, if they keep their current status of Ignoring their potential customers, they wont be in business too much longer. Id give it 5 years, if that!

Very delicious!!!! I got the blue cotton candy and strawberry yogurt. We drove 25 min just to try this. We were very satisfied!!!

LOVE LOVE this place I just found out about it this week. I never tried it, so hubby and I went in and we loved it, tons if options and u pay by weight and we thought it was cheap.. Great place for bringing kids, you can add your own toppings and sauces. They dont do it. They take all credit cards as well. Some places still havent started taking Amex yet since they lowered their fees they charge the seller.. This place does.. clean and BIG inside..
