If I could give these people one star I would. I have tried to work with these people twice in the past year and they are non responsive, and fail to provide any type of customer service. The first time working with this business was attempting to get windows for my home. A salesman came to my home and did measurements and I was provided quotes and information. I called these people to purchase the windows and no one ever returned calls or responded. Eventually I did get the windows but since the turn around time for a response was so bad the cost had gone up. To the businesses credit, they did eat the cost but this is no way to run a business. For the past few months I have been trying to get a quote on a door, once again no response, no follow up and we have been through two different sales representatives. We have had to describe to the second sales rep what was needed and what we were looking for after meeting with the first sales rep so there is no communication in their office.. Stay as far away from these people as you can, they are useless and are the WORST.As a follow up - I did receive a call quite promptly from the owner and he was willing to go the extra mile to alleviate the issues that I expressed. I appreciate the willingness to solve these problems.

I have been looking for a PCA screen door for about two weeks. Called and they had it in stock. Not only was the price great but I was impressed on the detail step by step order and delivery procedure to make sure everything was correct with my order. Very professional.

American Cedar (Kenny and Paul) have done this time and time again. They are, by far, the best lumber supplier in the area! They have the best premium wood along with the best customer service!

Brooks Building Products is owned by American Cedar. They have a walk-in show room. As a general contractor, they have been an invaluable vendor for me. One of their specialties is quality pressure-treated lumber. They carry kiln-dried pressure-treated products that is ready for finish. They also have a great millwork department. They can custom order most products for you. The sales staff is very knowledgeable. If you catch them on the right day, you might get a donut.

As a commercial general contractor American Cedar has become our go-to place for all sorts of building materials for the last 8 years. They are great!
