Always the best CS

Tools are okay but the people are pretty great.

Terrible service response from field sales and territory manager,i am being charged for a fleet tool (decking gun) i returned these tools 8 times in as many weeks because they kept breaking down,i returned the tool the week before Thanksgiving and still no response,i have e mailed,called,sent registered letters but they do not seem to care.This is not what i expect from Hilti Brand or their staff for that matter. I have been using Hilti since 1996 and never experienced this before, i am disappointed. I will not do business with this branch again.

Showed up at 431 and the store is dark. I spend thousands on these tools that dont impress me whatsoever u can stay a few minutes late.

This place will eat you out of house and home they are very expensive but the work is very very excellent
