AWFUL. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Dont even deserve one star. Dropped the ball on a shipment, when we called to find out where it was, we were told the hub missed the shipment. It was supposed to be an expedited 2-day ship -- so why did they not figure this out the day after? TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. We insisted they ship overnite for Saturday delivery and get us tracking info. Here we sit on Saturday with no delivery and no tracking information, paying staff to work overtime. We will NEVER use this location again. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
