Made an appointment and he no showed. Told me he fell the night before and was on pain meds and just woke up but also never offered to reschedule nor did he call me to tell me he wasnt coming.Things happen but this is no way to run a business. Very disappointong.

Tried to get them to come out, but they didnt seem interested. The phone number goes to a voicemail box that is full, so I had to call 5 times to speak to someone. When I finally got to talk to someone, I arranged a time for them to come out, and they didnt show. After 30 mins of waiting, I texted them, only to find out that he has a flat. If youre going to miss an appointment, letting someone know is expected. He never even offered to reschedule, and, at this point, Im okay with that.He may do good work, but I never had the opportunity to find out.

I was very pleased. Although the pilot remained lit, the main flame would not come on. Chris was able to come out the same day as I called with my fireplace problem. Chris was very friendly and finished the repair in just a few minutes. He also provided very useful information on how to prevent and or fix the problem in the future and tips on preventing soot in my unvented unit.

Chris came out quickly and resolved our gas fireplace issue. He is a very honest man and did a great job. He also cleaned my fireplace while he was diagnosing the issue. All around great service!

Chris came on time and easily resolved our problem with the fireplace. He also told me Id waste my money if I got a fan -- very honest. He charged me the quoted service fee -- nothing additional. He also does plumbing (All Clear Drain Cleaning and Plumbing). Id use him for that service now too.
