I was lucky enough to pick Original Grills number randomly online. Joel and Jarod did excellent work fixing my Broilmaster P3X. This was my first experience with a mainline natural gas grill and I had no idea what I needed to do to get it to work safely. Joel explained how the grill works, how I maintain it, what parts I might need, and what parts I can do without. They were professional in every sense of the word. There were zero sales pitches, which I really appreciated. They gave me exactly what I asked for, and now Im grilling baby. I would call them for any future repairs or if I decide to get a new grill.

Just had the guys here from Original Grills to perform one of their famous cleanings on my 7 year old Weber Genesis. Wow! amazing work. Grill has been completely cleaned and sanitized. All the interior surfaces clean and looking great. They have great attention to detail and even moved one of my burners that just had a small hole starting to my least used burner location! I highly recommend them !

These guys are great! My grill hasnt been this clean since it was new, and they were able to repair the problems I was having with my side burner and the propane regulator. I will also say that their customer service is super fast, and they adamantly stand behind their work. I called with a problem, and they responded instantly.

Original Grills is fantastic. I called them when my existing (and old) grill began falling apart. They patiently walked me through the options for trying to clean/repair the old one vs. buy a new one. They didnt use any pressure sales tactics, but instead answered all my questions with expertise. I ultimately decided to replace the grill. They presented me several options, walked me through the pros and cons of each, and then installed the one I selected. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and I was very impressed.

Paul rescued my failed attempt at switching my LP grill to NG. He literally replaced the entire inside of my grill and brought it back to life. I now have a grill with another 10 years of life and I couldn’t be happier. Great experience! Our old gas grill had quit working a couple of years ago. My wife wanted to resume grilling again, so I contacted Original Grills via their online form. They contacted me the same day, scheduled a cleaning and repair two days later. Showed up on time, were courteous and safe (face masks) and took care of business. Our grill looks and works like new.

I had Original Grills come out to clean my grill, and they did an amazing job. The grill looks like new. I used to give my grill a thorough cleaning twice a year. After seeing the job done by the guys from OG, Ill never have to again. Just have them out and let them do the dirty work.
