I just received my Antigua 44 with Covana top and couldn’t be more pleased. The “Covid delay” was a bummer, but it built anticipation, and just a reality right now. The team kept me informed and coordination for the instal was great. Looking forward to some serious relaxation!

Purchased a pool last year from them- excellent service! Went back multiple times for supplies and they were always helpful. Always had items in stock. Went this past week to get opening supplies they are so helpful and friendly. Great prices! Highly recommend them!!!

They decided to have random holiday hours that are not posted, or indicated on their web listing that they may have alternate holiday hours. I will no longer buy my supplies from here for the inconvenience.

My Experience has been fantastic!After two years with a hot tub leak and another company coming over 10 times .the leak continued. I called Spa& Pool Outlet they came over found the leak .I AM VERY SATISFIED! THEY ARE COURTIOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! 5 STARS!

Do not buy from here!! The price is right but the customer service is the worst. They will lie right to your face about when your pool or hot tube will be installed. And will never call you with an update, you will have to call them to see when your getting you purchase. And what ever they tell you is a lie you’ll have to add 2 months minimum to whatever they say. It is a very frustrating place to work with!

Mark and the crew at Spa &Pool Outlet are always great about answering endless questions and they usually have the products in stock that Im looking for.

I wish we never purchased our swim spa from this company. They damaged the spa en route to our home, still don’t have our stairs, spa cover, lid lifters or ionizer we paid for. Communication is horrible and one of the owners has no clue about product knowledge. We bought this spa site unseen bc we knew what we wanted, and do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Maybe one day we will receive everything we paid for but at this point, I’d rather buy it again from another company.Good Luck

Cant tell you how much I have enjoyed the experience with the staff and products! We were supposed to go on vacation and when that was canceled we decided to invest in a hot tub. We have had it a month now and we are extremely pleased. Rod and his team were knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. The Artesian South Seas Spa is amazing! Ordered a hot tub lid on 9/29/2020,still have not heard any info on it,was originally told about 3 weeks,did not receive anything from the place that was ordered from or the store I bought it at,paid over$400 for it,called and told the store and they checked and said it usually takes 4-6 weeks,so I was told wrong originally,so I waited till the 6weeks were up still no lid,called again, was told it should be delivered on 11/12/2020,if call back on 11/14/2020, still no lid 11/14/2020, was told supposedly shipped out,would let me know when they email from shipping, still no lid as of today,11/30/2020,I would give them negative stars for review if I could,they would get failure, I have had to call every time,no one ever called me,to let me know how my lid was ever going to come or not,this horrible service, would not recommend them to anyone, I guess it id to hard to call there customers or text or email,should not be in business.

Ordered the confir. 7200 ladder last year. Was told several times that it would be in next week and they would call. Never hear from them . One lie after another. Never buy from them again

We purchased a display model Island Spa from Spa & Pool outlet. They were wonderful. Rod. our salesman was very knowledgeable about all the spas on the market and was not in any way a high pressure salesman. The install team, Matt and Luke did a terrific job getting it moved onto our deck. Jerry, the electrician they suggested we use was excellent as well. he wired in a new breaker box to handle the spa in great time. Overall we had an excellent experience! I would recommend to friends to check out Spa & Pool Outlet if they are looking for a spa.

Let me start by saying we picked a Marquis Resort spa and The Spa & Pool Outlet was the closest dealer. Well we couldnt be happier. The entire staff is not only knowledgable, but very responsive & friendly as well. Even the guys that delivered our Spa were diligent & took the time to get our installation perfect. If your considering a Hot Tub, Swim Spa or Pool, these folks are top notch and have my recommendation.

We love our Beautiful above ground pool. Its18ft around and the water is crystal clear thanks to Mark. The whole experience was great and installed so fast. Thank you so much for all your help even after the installation!

We have had our Marquis Spa for about 3 months now and keep saying it is the best thing weve ever bought for ourselves. We love the therapeutic massage, and it has been easy to maintain. Spa and Pool Outlet have been great to work with.

This store has very helpful and friendly staff. They were able to order an above ground pool liner for me when I could not find the correct size online. It arrived in just over a week and worked perfectly. We were also able to find some replacement trim parts for our skimmer here. Very convenient place to get pool supplies in our area.

This place is great, especially for above ground pool supplies. They have everything from the screws for intake to every O-ring imaginable.

These folks are so incredibly helpful and responsive. I have asked them for help with my hot tub, I have bought chemicals there, and I have ordered a new hot tub cover through them. They are always very helpful and their prices are great. I feel lucky to have them here.

My home warranty company assigned my service call to Spa and Pool Outlet. I will definitely use them from now on for all my pool needs. Stefan was punctual, SO knowledgeable, efficient and also very nice. I highly recommend this company and Stefan in particular.

A most pleasant and well executed buying experience. One hiccup but all went very well. We are in the hot tub virtually every evening and are truly enjoying it. Mark and his team understand their business very well and they understand its the customers money they are using. Would deal with them again and have recommended them to several people.

While I did not purchase a spa from this place, it is the closest to me for supplies. They are extremely knowledgeable about chemicals, including this particular visit where I was asking about flushing out my spa. I also noticed that they are now selling pellet smokers, which is pretty cool.

We bought an XL Green Egg from the Spa and Pool Outlet. Not only have we loved our purchase but could not be happier with our shopping experience. They were extremely helpful and courteous. They answered all of our questions and gave us the best customer service. Great place to shop!!!!

Shopped around for a pool for several weeks and came across this place and that was all she wrote....They took the time to explain in detail about the whole process. There prices were phenomenal and we were able to compare apples to apples with the same exact set up with a competitor.Installation of the pool was on time and did a fantastic job.Had a problem with the pool stairs...took them back on a Sunday and was in and out of there in 15 min corrected.would definitely recommend giving this place a shot when looking!!

So I purchased a spa from this place and one of the panels was broken on delivery. No big deal. I called the store and the guy who sold me the spa said they would replace it. So 4 months later their service guy showed up on Sunday with the wrong panel. He asked if I had a jigsaw and drill bit so he could cut the holes for the radio and vents. I wanted it done so I lent him the tools. An hour later, he said he was done. The spa was put back together so everything looked ok. Today, I go to change the water out only to discover it is the same panel. He never changed it but told me he did. And now I’m waiting to see what kind of lie he’s going to come up with.

Ive used these guys for all my pool supplies and theyve always been very informative and accommodating so when we decided to buy a hot tub we checked out their tubs. Their prices were better than most others around here and they sold quality tubs. The only ding was that it took twice as long to arrive than we were first told but once here I was able to get it delivered and hooked up the same day. Jerry (the electrician they recommend) was great and had everything hooked up and made sure the tub was up and running perfectly before he left. Overall I am very satisfied

We checked every hot tub store in the area before going here and finally finding what we wanted at a reasonable price. We ordered a Dynasty spa and was told it would take 6-8 weeks. We were concerned about it coming before our patio was done (delayed pending approval from HOA Architectural Approval but thats another story.) Rod assured us it would not be a problem, they would hold as long as necessary at no charge. Sold! Delivered yesterday and they arrived timely and set up quickly. We were a bit concerned about the trailer they used, had flattish tire and was getting a bit beat up. Nonetheless all went well. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

We bought a Green Mountain Grill and were given the best price at the time. They helped load it into my truck and gave advice on the features. Would recommend for any of your pool,bbq needs!

The people were nice but their customer service was ridiculously bad. When I bought my tub, they said it would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. 7 weeks later I called and was told it just came in. This was a Monday and by Wednesday I called again to find out when it would be delivered. They said for sure by Thursday or Friday.I then get a call at 4:30 on Friday from the delivery company saying they were on their way. So it was delivered 1 day shy of 8 weeks and most likely only because I pestered them. When the delivery guys put the tub in back, they then explained it was too dark to put the cover lifter on the unit. He guaranteed that he would contact the spa store to have someone come to install it.By the following Wednesday I called and of course the store had heard nothing about the cover lifter. So again I was guaranteed that someone would be out by the end of the week. By Saturday I was installing it myself. I called to let them know how they failed miserably in every aspect of this sale.To make things even worse, their highly recommended electrician (which they gave me his card, wrote his name and number on my receipt and even had him call me) never showed after he also guaranteed he would be out to hook it up within 2 days of delivery. As my kids would say, this was an epic fail. I recently bought a house here sight unseen while living in a different state and it was a much easier transaction than this hot tubNeedless to say, I wont be returning.

GREAT TUB, GREAT SERVICE, & GREAT PRICE. The guys at Spa Outlet were very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision on a tub and they were $$ less than the competition. Great overall experience.

Good pool and spa store

Bought my Hot tub two years ago. Had a problem with the cover and they came out and fixed it for free straight away. I had another simple problem( Tub not defective) and they came out and fixed it two years later. Warranty did not cover this but they still fixed it for free. Amazing service. I never write reviews, so this should carry weight !!!

Ive had good experiences after buying my swim spa a year ago.

Great inventory for parts and staff is very helpful.

1. Went into store on 7/1 and asked about any specials. Was finally told on way out the door of a special on swim spas running through 7/4.2. Called on 7/2 and ordered a spa and was told because it was close to the end of day they would run credit card next day and send an email with information we would need.3. 7/15 called and left a message as still no email.4. 7/16 send email and facebook message because still no email with info5. finally recd email w/info on 7/16 and adjusted price because what we were told on 7/1 and what we were told on 7/2 were 2 different prices. Was told in email that once spa ships from manufacturer we would get a call to pay next payment6. Emailed them on 8/10 to see if they had an estimated time frame on when spa would ship and recd email back that THEY RECEIVED IT the night before. Was also told we would get a call BY Monday to schedule delivery.7. 8/13 no call regarding delivery so I emailed them to follow up and was told we would get a call on Tuesday.8. They called Tuesday and said could deliver on Friday as long as crane they had for Friday would work.9. Wednesday we called them to find out time and if we were still on for Friday. We were asked if crane guy had been out, no he had not. Was told he would come out Thursday, which he did...and we had to ask HIM what time on Friday.10. Friday delivery went fine, but there were no steps with the spa, was told someone forgot to order them and they would bring them out next week. Will update this review if/when we receive the steps. The guys from Spa Pool Outlet were ready to leave and we had to ASK them how to fill it, how to drain it, etc. They were going to just hand me a bag of chemicals and keys to the cover and leave. We even had to ask them about the payment as we owed 2/3 instead of just the final 1/3 because THEY didnt call when it was shipped. Then the guy had the wrong amount on the invoice and I had to print off the invoice with the adjusted price. So, all in all, NO, I would not recommend this place unless you are an expert on spas and know everything about them.Also, once we started asking questions, one of the guys said oh I have your owners manual in the front seat of the truck....oh ya think that might come in handy since you guys are a wealth of information!UPDATE:In response to your reply: I did not reply via facebook as I received an EMAIL from Mark on 7/16 at 10:32 AM. I never received any phone call from you, so Im not sure what you are referring to when you state I wouldnt take your call. I left your facility a voicemail on 7/15 but I never received a call back and I left my phone number in the message. You even told my husband a few minutes ago that you did not have my number.I understand that they take 4-6 weeks for delivery. My issue is NOT how long it took to arrive! We were told that we would receive a call once the spa was shipped from the manufacturer so that we could give our next payment. We were not contacted, until I emailed Mark asking if he had any idea when it would be shipped and he informed me that it had arrived at your facility.As for the crane, we were asked if anyone from the crane company ever came out to take a look, they had not and we did not know that they needed to come take a look...again, communication. I understand these jobs need to be scheduled and it was scheduled for last Friday at 2:00 PM, but WE were not told what time until WE asked the crane guy the day before. Regarding the steps, the kid with the shaggy hair said, and I quote, someone didnt order the steps....whether they were ordered or not, I dont know...but we dont have them, so when they do come in, please have someone drop them off. My entire issue has been with the lack of communication.We have been enjoying our swim spa and have figured out how to operate it on our own.Please take care of the electrical discrepancy with the amps and the steps when they arrive and we will be out of your hair.
