Beautiful hardware for the home and the staff was super approachable. I thought it waslimited to the trade which intimidates me but they are open to the public. AND SUPER friendly. I was able to place a small order and was contacted when they arrived. CHECK THEM OUT!

8/23/19 Agree with previous - non-existent customer service. I was looking to purchase knobs for my kitchen cabinets. They were not super expensive ($5/each). When I got home I realized that the length of the screw mattered and we would need three different lengths. I called the store and spoke to a young lady who said they were standard. I asked her what length was standard and she could not answer so I asked her to have Jay call me. He was with a customer. This was around noon. I called around 2:30 and left a voicemail and again around 4:30 with another voicemail telling him I had a simple question. The following day I called in the morning and Jay answered. He said he was overwhelmed doing custom homes and was short-staffed and that he sent me a link to the manufacturer so that I could call them myself. My purchases would have amounted to about $300 and was made to feel that was not worth his time. However, based on another review, another customer spent thousands of dollars and received the identical non-existent customer service. Patricia

Awesome selection of unique, high quality hardware for cabinets. Jay provided fabulous customer service and decorating advice. Highly recommend for decorator quality knobs and low price point.

Non existent customer service. We bought thousands of dollars of Classic Brass Hardware several knobs stick/ grind. I sent a UPS letter to both Bird and Clasic Brass Hardware reporting issues 4 weeks ago still no call, buy elsewhwere.
