This place is great! When they have people personally showing you around the store to find your items, it is perfect. In particular, Ken is awesome.

Staff is always helpful. Although they were out of paper bags for yard waste.

I got a replacement key fob for my Honda. They cut the key, replaced the battery, and moved the electrictronics. All for $25.00. The dealer wanted $180 to replace. AND they have hot fresh theater style popcorn!

Just called to see if they sell and cut mirrors. What a rude person on the phone. They dont, which is fine. But she was short and a little rude. Her response was we dont cut what we dont sell, and we dont sell mirrors. Again thats fine... but her tone and response to me was a little off-Putting. Ive shopped at the seaboard station location for years but I guess thats going to change. Guess Ill look for another hardware store... Oh well... Thats the good thing about consumer buying power. Take my business elsewhere....

Had a great friend who worked here so I have to love it. Plus its beside the O2 Fitness I was a member at one time. I also worked at Harvest 18 which is part of Seaboard restaurant. So I love everything about Seaboard Station.

Ive never enter without someone asking if they can help me. They are so awesome! I come here for everything I need related to the house/garden.

Very helpful and almost had everything I needed. A sales associate was able to point me to an alternative. ACE is my go to place for general hardware needs. Friendly, helpful, good selection.

If you sign up for the rewards program, they send you coupons to your email. Has saved me some project dough a few times!

First time going to this store, so didnt know what to expect. I had called in advance to see if they sold what I had, and he took the time to run back and count how many they had in stock, get me dimensions etc. When I arrived in person, I received incredible attention from employees who just wanted to be helpful, and the cashier was super friendly as well. This is what a small town hardware store is supposed to be like. Thanks to the Ace Seaboard people!

Excellent place! My go to HW store. Overhead model train w/funny miniature big box store fire. Staff to customer ratio is awesome. Go to HomeDepot & see what their ratio is & how friendly they are, there is no comparison.

We like having a neighborhood hardware store. Fun free popcorn, but the quality of the hardeare, e.g. screws, is poor.

Extremely helpful and pleasant people work here. And everything is organized well to make stuff easy to find.

Seaboard Ace Hardware does have super friendly staff and excellent service but they dont really have experts in any trade and their prices are about 30% higher than the competition across the board. It would be nice to have lower prices or a few staff highly skilled/experienced in the trades.

THEY DO NOT PRICE MATCH ANY OTHER RETAILERS. Its a good place so Im not going to knock them for a store policy, just wanted to let everyone know.

A fantastic service-oriented hardware store. They dont have as much as the big boxes, but they have plenty of people to help. A bonus for the kids is the free popcorn.

Seaboard Ace has a surprisingly varied inventory and can get things they may not yet carry - best staff, paints, hardware, etc plus popcorn. And dog friendly.

Incredibly helpful staff without being in your face about it. Has just about everything the average homeowner needs for repairs and medium level yardwork.

The paint manager (Ed) was very rude and upset because he couldnt get my paint matched before closing time. I went there because I received a gift card and this guy certainly didnt win us over as a continuing customer. I will never return! Lol I will give away a free gift card before I ever go back into that store with Ed working there!!
