Not a bad place to grab a drink.The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The woman behind the counter was extremely friendly and explained the drinks and what the purpose behind their business was. They had a good variety of drinks and shakes.The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of two was out of all three drinks I tried I wasnt a big fan of any of them and it might just be my taste buds. They were overly sweet to me and tasted like artificial sweetener.Otherwise, great service. Wonder employees and such a welcoming environment.

I headed out without my daily smoothie and was craving it.. I searched for smoothies near me and Pinnacle Cary was the first option and had 5 stars compared to the 4 stars that were also near me. I chose this place and Im glad I did - well worth it! The young lady that greeted me was very kind, friendly, and engaging as was the other person who helped me. I got the tropical paradise smoothie with the energy boost - its not too sweet, very refreshing, and tasty! I highly recommend trying them out!

I was visiting the area & missing my shakes, so I found Pinnacle Nutrition on Google. Super nice & clean shop. The owner (I assume?) was very friendly & welcoming. My tea and shake were delicious! I will return here next time I’m in the area.

This store uses Herbalife — which is under several lawsuits for causing liver failure. I did not know this when I went in for a “nutritional” shake. They should disclose their products within the store. They were also severely pushy with wanting my information. I don’t support MLM’s, and I feel scammed that I had this product put into my body. They obviously do not care about their customer’s wellbeing. Do better.

There watermelon 🍉 healthy energy drink was 🔥 I didnt enjoy there shakes but Ive only been there once. Cool little spot the guy was very professional and helped aid me in energy drinks and smoothies. I would go back for the watermelon 🍉 energy drink but Ive been super duper busy.

Outstanding service in a clean, well lit location with a super fun vibe. I really loved the vibe and the music that was playing. Very fun and upbeat. Not only was the wellness consultant super knowledgeable, she was just sweet and you can tell she truly cares about what shes doing. The staff is truly knowledgeable about nutrition, not just selling you bro science.The smoothie I tried was delicious. It filled me up and had a healthy dose of protein but no yucky chalk taste. It tasted much better than the green smoothies I prepare in my home. It was very light tasting and I super loved that it came with not just a tea but a little shot of aloe. I loved the aloe as well. I will definitely be back in to try another flavor soon.

Consider this... a menu where the average smoothie has about 200 to 250 cal. The items feature low sugar and low carb options. On top of that all of the drinks will contain vitamins and nutrients that your body needs. And the cool thing about these shakes and teas is they provide you with clean energy. Thats right not dirty energy but clean energy. My wife and I stopped by Pinnacle today and were blown away. From the greeting all the way to the goodbye, Pinnacle was a five-star experience. I asked one of the staff members a simple question as I wanted to know what made them different from competition? Well she took it upon herself to answer the question in which she did a great job. I must say I got my very own answer whenever I begin to actually sip on the shake and guzzle down the tea. You can taste the difference in what Pinnacle has versus the areas competition. If youre looking for a healthy pure clean option, this is the place to get it. What I love about Pinnacle is they have taken the healthy options and got creative with it. With that being said Id like for you guys to know that the staff are amazing. Everyone working inside that building was so nice. It was like a small community. As each customer walked in and out, the staff knew them by name. Parking was not a problem as they share the lot with quite a few other businesses and the location is pretty sweet as well. We plan on returning back to Pinnacle soon as I must get another round of the watermelon Jolly rancher tea. It was so delightful and refreshing.

I come here several times a week for a Herbalife nutritional shake that includes a cup of tea (green/black, hot or cold, various flavors) and a small shot of aloe. Its an incredible value for $7 and the best part is that it comes with the company of Jennifer and/or Russell. They are both so lovely to visit with and are very kind. Most importantly, my mind as well as my body feel extremely nourished after leaving Pinnacle Nutrition, and I strongly believe that I am not the only one..

They are deliberately playing on the insecurities and vulnerabilities of people. Three times now I have been offered a free smoothie in Target at Cary Crossroads. The women offering these free smoothies literally target fat or unhealthy looking individuals. Their hope is that some poor soul will walk into their store to claim their free drink. Unfortunately, the free drink comes with a wellness profile which of course will lead you to buy into their promises and products. What a horrible scam. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Smoothies and products loaded with caffeine are not the way to achieve optimal health.

As soon as you walk in, all the fixtures look DI-why. The color scheme is very unsettling. You are forced to take a “shot” of Aloe upon entry, then fill out a card with your personal information. My buddy and I spent the entire time discussing how hostile and unsettling the atmosphere was until we saw all the Herbalife logos. We quickly realized that this was a front for a pyramid scheme, otherwise known as MLM. Behind us, a meeting between the management and potential participants occurred. Do not come here looking for a casual smoothie with friends or family unless you want to be coaxed into a multilevel management scheme.After laughing about the whole experience in the parking lot, the manager ran out towards us in our truck, so whe hightailed it out of there, slidin’ like Bo and Luke Duke.
