I highly recommend Hearing and Audiology services!I needed new hearing aids. Andi the audiologist was thorough, very kind and patient with me. She made sure I was happy with my new hearing aids before leaving the office. I am!! Small office of which I prefer. Also, filed and dealt with my insurance company on my behalf.Once again, I highly recommend this office!!.

Recently moved to CA, looking for a good audiologist. I hit the Jack pot! Front desk lady greeted me & she was kind. I went to see Dr. Engel & I thought I was having problems with my hearing aid, unfortunately I found out my hearing aid is fine. It was due to having fluids in my ear, she recommend me some good ear doctors, I truly appreciate that. Dr. Engel is very caring & truly wants to help your needs. They made me feel like it was home, I recommend to others for your hearing needs. I will be going back

I had a problem with my Oticon hearing aids. I dropped them off on Tuesday afternoon and recieved a phone call on Wednesday morning that the problem was resolved and they were ready to be picked up. When I inquired about the cost associated with the repair activity, I was informed by Dr Engel that there would be no charge for the service. Fast service and a friendly office.
