The Ben & Jerrys location at North hills Mall was our best experience ever! Last Wednesday evening my son and I went into the store with another family member. The staff was very warm and inviting. They were very friendly and really made us feel very welcomed. We have been into other Ben and Jerrys scoop shops before, but did not have a great quality experience as last week. We will definitely be back soon. This is a great location and very family friendly.

OMG! I didnt know Ben & Jerrys had a store. I gave this store a shot and I wasnt disappointed. The ice cream was good and the staff was great. This was an excellent experience and recommend others to try.

Cannot complain about the quality of ice cream, however I am new in this country and not very familiar with the prices. Noticed the prices were not displayed or easy to identify. When to pay I was asked to tip the staff?!?!? For what? For waiting in queue? The music was very loud so couldnt asked too many questions. Overall not impressed with my experience

I used to LOVE this place but I will never step foot in here again. The blaring rap music was bad enough but the attitudes of the two people behind the counter topped it off. Dude, turn the music down!!!

Great staff & service...I dropped my sample THREE times but the associate kept giving me another until I got it to my mouth....🤦🏾‍♂️

It felt like it was 106 degrees today. Fortunately a heaping waffle cone of butter pecan ice cream helped to cool things off. I have to put in a plug for the waffle cone with sprinkles. The cone was so good!...as if it was made of cake batter or something. I could have ate it by itself.

I came in here with my son and daughter tonight. The music was blaring. And the older black gentleman was throwing napkins at the workers. He used profane langue and disrespects employees. I could hardly hear him over the blasting rap music. And to top this experience off the bathroom was out of order. Unbelievable.

You guys are absolutely horrible. The fact that you made my own grandfather feel so incapable for being hard of hearing, and just trying to figure out what flavor he wanted. I am unsure as to what is so hard about her job, but she was absolutely the worst of the worst. Ill make sure anyone I know, or only slightly care about doesnt step foot in this sad excuse of a business. Shame on you all.

Ice cream & staff are the best! Went to get dessert after dinner at this location for the second time and had another warm and welcoming experience! Dante was extremely kind and a had such a wonderful personality and attitude - he truly seems to enjoy his job and left us in an even happier mood than we walked in. The world needs more Dante’s!

Very disappointed in this establishment. I came here with my elderly father who is visually and hearing impaired. I was trying to read him the flavors, while loud music was blaring in the background. The girl working was rolling her eyes and seemed like she was annoyed with us. I then walked out, not purchasing anything.

Always kind and wonderful. Employees are fun and make us laugh. They definitely deserve raises for working through this tough year. Store itself has been great for the three years since weve lived here and Im glad theyre part of our community!

First time at this location. The store is quaint and well decorated. Staff was “enthusiastic” (but slightly awkward). However, still very friendly. The milkshake I got (caramel macchiato) was delicious, although super pricey... $7.

This young man sold me on the coffee and Milk & Cookies flavors! They were fantastic. He convinced me to get a large and Im glad I did. Now I have some for tomorrow and plan on getting some again soon!!! Thanks Dante

Wonderful Experience!!! We walked in and immediately felt welcomed and related to. Brooks invited us into the shop and was an amazing host. Although he was busy, he took his time with us to get us exactly what we wanted and offered more!! On top of that the workplace was clean and sanitary. I highly recommend coming here you won’t regret it.

I just got a to go Sunday delivered in unmixed portions with nothing to mix it in. Everybody likes an overpriced unmixed sundae right? I could have just gone to the store and bought the separate ingredients for the same amount of work and better results.

Went on a date & grabbed some ice cream from here. Customer service exceeded expectations. The gentleman that helped us was phenomenal. He kept shoving samples our way, not telling us the name of the flavor but just daring us to try it. It was like a game for him, you could tell he was loving it. And it made for a good mood and fun conversation with me and my date. After we got our ice cream, we sat down and laughed about how great the gentleman was who helped us. His energy was phenomenal. I can only describe him as the best ice cream hype man Ive ever met.Also, he got me to try this milk and cookies ice cream or something-- and it was great! 10/10 would go back again just for the experience.

Dont come in 20 minutes before closing unless you want dirty looks and attitude. I felt unwelcomed and will be taking my money elsewhere. Ruined my night after a good dinner.

Really loved the energy everyone had who was working here! Everyone was upbeat and friendly despite how busy it was, Brooks especially made sure that I left satisfied. Definitely will be coming back again :)

Obviously the ice cream is good but so is the customer service. They always play great music in here too. Sometimes the size and lack of seating is hard to deal with, especially if you go with kids!!!

My friend and I visited North Hills tonight and decided to stop in to Ben & Jerry’s for dessert. First we were greeted and were offered to tried numerous flavors assisted by Sammy. His customer service skills, details about flavors, and his personality definitely made our experience great. Will definitely be visiting soon, thank you, Sammy!

Awesome icecream, great location

Justice Remixd Sundae was awesome. There was ground cinnamon on the whip cream and it did burn a bit when I took a small bite it. But ai mixed it in with the rest and it was fantastic.

This location is Ok. Small like other reviewers have stated. A little pricey but convenient. The hot fudge wasnt hot. But they were quick for a busy night.

Its fun to have this Ben & Jerrys smack dab in the middle of North Hills -- great for hot summer days! Its a small store, so it can get pretty cramped when theres a line, and sometimes they do run out of some of the flavors. Staff are friendly and helpful.
