I do not understand how they stay in business. Its so dang cumbersome to buy just a gallon of solution. I plan on 30 minutes. Gotta ask them what they have in stock in the warehouse. I ask for a specific solution, they look it up and say they have it....why not have it out in the showroom area? Ive come in and could spend tons but dont know what products they have to buy. Again, Raleigh location stinks. No products out in retail area, sales stay hidden in the office, I feel like Im bothering them EVERY TIME I have been there and this is years.

After years and well over 75k worth of business you would think you would get great customer service! I sent my van there for repairs there(which i bought brand new from them) to only have numerous problems and had to take it back 6-7 times!!! They always have an excuse, well... you will need this part as well........after putting much more money in it, and having a heated discussion with the general manager Steve. who did not seem to care only about the money. I will be honest, I did not pay for repairs, because it still did not work!!! I did pay for repairs. Today i paid, yet again sent 2 more employees up to pick it up, got to our first job.....guess what? IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!!! after the time and labor i have spent sending employees to drop and pick up van, i could have drove to interlink in Greensboro, got a hotel room and still would have been cheaper!!! PEOPLE BEWARE.....SUNBELT HAS LOST ALL MY RESPECT.

Customer service was bad, I was told by one employee they didn’t have a product without looking, then another employee comes saying they do have it. To me that was rude and laziness for not wanting to look to sell.

With one phone call, I get quick access to just about anything I could need for restoration work (carpet cleaning products, water damage cleanup, smoke cleaning, mold cleaning, trauma scene remediation).The staff there are knowldegable and friendly.The mechanics always do a great job working on the equipment as well.I would never go anywhere else
