These guys are awesome. They know what you want or need and somehow someway tend to keep their prices lower than the competition. This is my go to place even though theres a couple other places closer to me. Its worth the extra 15 minute drive just do deal with friendly folks and save some money. In the end its your call, but youll regret not going.
It is a good place to buying welding supply also they speak spanish
Great customer service, very informative.
I called Praxair to see if they would rent me some helium for a trade show I was doing in Wake Forest. Denny picked up the phone and helped me with a ton of information, pricing, and availability. He had everything I needed and made it super easy to pick up and return the tanks. They performed flawlessly and when I returned them this morning, Denny took care of my unused helium and charged me very fairly for what I did use. I appreciate his excellent customer service and friendliness. I will definitely be back again. Thank you, Denny!
Great prices, but never open to conduct business even during normal scheduled business hours. I have wasted hours driving to Praxair multiple times over the past few months between 8-4 / M-F, and no one is there, nor does anyone answer the phone. Hiring a $10hr helper would save this business from going under since the 1 person running it doesnt ever seem to have the store open.
Literally there 25% of the time I show up. They make up their own hours and hardly ever answer the phone to verify if they are open. Its a 40 minute drive for me each trip and It pisses me off every time they aren’t there. Plus they actually close at 4, when the website says 5. In conclusion. Not an efficient place to get supplies if your time and money depends on it.
Excellent selection of welding supplies. Prices are very good. Knowledgeable manager.
Terrible prices. $26.49 for TWO POUNDS of 70s-2 carbon tig wire. Next day I bought TEN POUNDS for 30$ At arc3. Feel ripped off.
They have a great selection, but they basically make up their hours daily. I called today at noon to verify they were open. I told him I would be there by 4. He told me he was going to leave at 4 today, so I needed to get there before 4. I left work early, got there at 3:30, and he was already gone. This is the 2nd time he hasnt been here during regular business hours. Oh well, back to airgas. Theyre expensive, but at least theyre actually open.
