I have been totally satisfied with my experience with RoWE Co., both in comparing machines and getting non biased opinions and facts to facilitate my decision to go with the Hustler Raptor XD. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable, and most importantly prompt, accurate and to the point. As for the zero turn mower, it is fantastic machine, a joy to operate and the job it does on my yard gets better every time I cut. It’s a great time management tool as well, I cut in one third the time allowing me to spend time with my kids on my beautiful yard. I brought my 2 year old son to the shop and he also had a great time. I expect that he will inherit the XD when the time come for him to take over the yard work.
I have been going by ROW for years now for my lawn care needs. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable about the items they sell. In my opinion they have the best selection on parts anywhere in Raleigh, possibly farther. The sales staff takes time to speak with you about their products and answer any questions you may have. The service team is the best in the area with years of experience and up to date knowledge on the ever changing world made in part by the EPA. I would highly recommend these kind people to anyone, from homeowner to professional, for their lawn care product needs.
Called and asked if they would service my Troy Bilt mower for a minor repair and they said to bring it out. When I got there I was told that they would not work on a Troy Bilt mower.....thanks for wasting my time.The kid working there also cussed right in front on my 8 year old daughter, twice....
I had wonderful experience buying my first zero turn from randy .he took me to class on the lawnmowers.the pros and cons of toro and hustler.randy answered all my questions and helped me to make my final decision. If you are in the market for a zero turn lawnmower I suggest you go to right of way equipment I highly recommend this place thankyou randy.
I have been doing business with Right of Way for 10 years. From the sales department (Randy and GM Dan) they always make sure we are taking care of. The Service department (Craig) makes sure our equipment is fixed correctly the first time. Honestly and great service is hard to come by these days and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you guys!

What a wonderful experience I had. Being that I am a female, I was worried about being taken advantage of for having no knowledge of landscaping equipment. Thankfully the employees here took the time to explain the equipment to me and helped me pick out items that were affordable and met my needs. I left there a satisfied customer and will go back for all future equipment needs.
Fantastic service!! I have purchased several small pieces of equipment from Right of Way in the past ($100-$300 range) and have always been pleased with their service. When it was time to purchase a zero-turn mower that was the only place I would consider. Dan spent about an hour with me going over different mowers and optional equipment. I finally decided on a Hustler and ordered a bagger. Dan promptly returned my calls and emails. Always. He even gave me a quick tutorial on how to operate the machine (never operated one before). Im brand loyal and store loyal when the service is good. Right of Way is a first class operation. Not sure what happened with the other fella who wasnt happy but that has never been my experience and Ive been in the store many times.
I recently purchased a commercial-grade mower from Right of Way. David, who leads up the sales efforts, was phenomenal. I got to know him throughout the process which was great! Hes honest, trustworthy, and pleasant to work with! The only qualm I have is that he never invited me to go fishing on his boat! :) I highly endorse RIght of Way!
Purchased a Toro mower and 18 months later lost self propelled feature. They diagnosed as needing a belt. Got it home and same problem occurred and a wheel fell off within minuets. The self propelled feature has quit working seven times and because of their initial diagnosis, Toro refuses to honor the warranty or offer any assistance.I would not recommend Right of Way Equipment or Toro.
Recently visited Right of Way Equipment on Hillsborough St. and purchased an Echo back pack blower. I found Dan Bowling to be very friendly and helpful as I tried to decide on a handheld blower vs backpack and which brand to purchase. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. Customers must realize this is a small business and how quickly you get one on one service will depend on how many folks are already in the showroom. My vote goes to the small business even if it takes a bit longer for personal service which in my case it didnt.

Bought a hustler walk behiend. Easy to use. Easy to buy. The company held it for me for roughly 3 weeks as I was working on a means to transport the mower. Very accomidating and had great advice.

Terrible. Youre taking your chances buying new equipment from them because they dont stand behind what they sell. Ive been a customer for ten+ years, spent thousands of dollars there and will never buy another piece of equipment from them. You might get lucky, but if you buy something broken from them youre out of luck... and if they work on it youre throwing away even more money. When I brought back the still broken equipment I had paid to be fixed, the salesman actually told me the mechanic tried his best and I should contact the manufacturer. But they were glad to take my money and not fix anything.I strongly suggest buying your landscaping equipment from somewhere - ANYWHERE - else.

Great experience dealing with Charles and David. Very knowledgeable, provided great service including delivery of the ztr mower to my house on the day of purchase. Had the mower in stock and ready to go. Was able to check the mower out, take it for a spin. They provided good information on the mower (my first ztr), tips and general maintenance advice.Definitely recommend checking them out. Will utilize them again in the future.
Bought a Hustler Fastrak 54 from Dan Bowling. Great experience, great price. If only buying a car was this easy. The mower is a beast wish I would of upgraded years ago. Is it bad I look forward to mowing my lawn now? -Rick
I worked with Dan and David over several weeks. They never presured me and provided me with a wealth of knowledge while I figured out which machine was right for me. Dont go here. Yes, they have all the best brands but their customer service is horrible. Go get the same product at a different Stihl, Echo, etc. dealer. Other places will have the same product at the same price but youll be treated well. Unless youre a big time lawn service company dropping big bucks dont expect to get much customer service or be taken seriously.Also, theyre not open when they say theyre open. Kind of a small inconvenience....

Zero Stars. Staff trys to make a fool of you.Bought a Toro garrented to starts one or two pulls warreanty written right on front of the machine.Wont start for the third time in two years.$100 service fee charged . Warranty not at all considered.
