Shes conscious of your budget and style, and even introduced us to some amazing types of fixtures I didnt even know existed! The selection of lights was not too diverse. It felt like they had stocked up on what was trending, but didnt have too many options if you wanted a bit more creative / non-standard options. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Great selections, lots of different options for lights and fans. Workef with Jason and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and worked with us in our price range. I will say they are pricey, but they back their products.

Deb Dorn provided excellent service. We picked out four outdoor light fixtures, an outdoor ceiling fan, and an indoor ceiling fan. We liked a few of the fixtures we saw in the showroom, and Deb provided catalogs with many other choices in the style we like. The whole process was fast and efficient.

Finally a store with a vast amount of inventory and quality products. We have had great experiences at Capital Lighting Gallery. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We have ordered products online only to have them arrive broken or missing parts. This is the only place we will ever shop for fixtures!

Spend there a whole Saturday with looking at catalogs. Even tough i knew exactly what style i wanted they could not help me find the right choice. I ordered some LED flash mounts and it took them 5 weeks to get them delivered. But you pay upfront of course. Some of the light packaging was written on and not sealed anymore. Next time I order online, because its: cheaper, same products and they deliver next day.

Incredibly wonderful buying experience for a stunning dining room chandelier. They called the company twice to ask specific questions about the specs and steps if/when one of the LEDs stops functioning. They packed it up nicely and HAND DELIVERED IT TO MY DOOR (they offered! No charge!!) when my eyes were larger than my back seat. Cannot recommend highly enough, and they have the best selection in town. Heading back to buy a few more lovelies! Thank you Capitol Lighting! Its a nightmare. They look all fancy and then you get no service. We still ordered some basic Led flush mounts and it took them 4 weeks to come. They said to us one week. Not going there again.

Friendly, great selection, competitive prices. Customer service was a big factor in my decision to buy.
