Great place to rent! They hook up and unhook everything for you. Give a thorough explanation of how to run the equipment and what tools you will need in case of adjustments. This place is very personable and understanding. They don’t just look at you as another person to get a buck out of. I did have a jam in the chipper I rented and without any hesitation they asked me if I still needed it. When I said yes they quickly offered me another rental period free of charge. Other than the jam the chipper ran exceptional! This will be my rental company of choice going forward!

This has been the best experience of customer service in my life regardless of any type of company! We rented the Bobcat T550. The team was so helpful advising what attachments would be best for our planned work and understanding best way to save money. They delivered right on time and provided excellent instructions on how to use the equipment. The machine was in great shape and worked wonderfully. For this machine they also did not charge extra for them to fill the diesel at pickup, only the actual cost of gas, I dont know anyone else who does that! They were super helpful planning pickup to ensure we had completed our project. Previously we had rented equipment like this from Home Depot and they barely gave instruction on how to use things and did not deliver/pickup. I really cannot say enough about how awesome the whole team was and I will never rent machines (or anything else they offer) from anywhere else again.

A good spot to get party items at a good price. The staff is friendly and helpful. you get all the event items you need without the attitude that some of these other places have.

Trencher Rental. The Trenchers they have are very outdated technology. Very hard to work with. Ive rented trenchers before and found this type trencher is very unruly. Kept getting stuck, Had no traction. Straight lines were very hard. The machine is so heavy that you cant manhandle it and make it do what you want it to do. Even with two people on it. We ended up doing a lot of work by hand. We only got 50% of the work done (vs what we have accomplished with other trenchers). Other than that, the folks are very nice to work with and i would not hesitate using them again.

They have always had what I needed and the equipment I have gotten from there has always worked like it should. The best thing there is the staff, they are just great!!!

The three gentlemen working the front desk are extremely helpful and will get you in and out quickly with your rental item. Best part for me is that you pay for tools by the time that you have them look out...so use it and bring it back, you may get a credit.Call them today for party or took rental.

Im a fairly low volume renter but have used a dozen or so pieces of equipment over the years. I avoid Saturdays since it gets a little crazy but the weekday staff are always super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Everything Ive rented has worked great (dump trailer, trencher, aerator, chipper, scaffolding, etc). Staff explain the operation of each piece and answer questions about what would work best for different projects. Rented a machine this week that was too small for a job (my mistake) and when I returned early they credited the rental towards the price of a larger machine. Very gracious of them!

I booked some tents and was clear about the fact that they would only be needed in case of rain. The young man who booked my reservation said that was fine and there was no deposit required. He said they would watch the weather and I should too, and to let them know as soon as I can if Im cancelling. Weather was looking good for my event, so I called to cancel a few days before. The initial interaction was smooth, but then the apparent owner called me back to pry into why I cancelled and tried to make me feel guilty for doing so, even though the company knew from the beginning that this was possible and likely.

They always treat me so well. I love renting from them.

I rented a walk behind Bobcat MT55 to move 12 cubic yards of dirt and do some grading. The staff was extremely nice and helped with all loading and unloading. Unfortunately, on the second day we had an issue with the bucket so we were unable to finish the job. When I returned the Bobcat they set me up with a replacement free of charge on my day of choosing. I would highly recommend Holland.

Delivered the wrong things, gave us attitude on the phone, and never made it right. Total amateur hour. They didn’t have the item we rented after they delivered the wrong thing and never tried to make it right. So we were on our own last minute. Do not use this company if you need reliable, courteous service from a company with integrity and a customer service mentality.

I have rented for years and have always had a good experience. But, this last rental was BEYOND. My office celebrated our 20th anniversary. I think I changed the order at least 10 times. Alex walked me through the process, part event planner, part therapist! They put up our tents in a downpour and stayed later to help me evaluate the space for table set up. They were SO helpful during the process. I cant say enough good things about the staff. Thank you again! The event was awesome in no small part due to Holland!

Highly recommend Holland Rent All for your equipment rental needs. I use them all of the time and they deliver great equipment and great service. A hydraulic line broke the other day and they sent someone within an hour to our jobsite to fix the problem. They even topped my equipment off with fuel while fixing the issuing. Thanks guys!

I have been a customer for over 15 yrs, and have referred numerous other people to this local business. All past experiences have been great. Today however was not. A small over site on another customers part for not thoroughly cleaning a dust bag out on a floor sander caused the manager to loose his mind and felt justified to scream at a woman who was returning it. (she had her 7yr old son w/ her)he did this infront of everyone, then he told her to go sit in the car. She apologized repeatedly but he was not satisfied. This was not only rude, disrespectful but clearly this man has extreme self control issues. As a customer if this happen to me I would have been livid. The manager complained of allergies as his reasoning...It might be best if this person find a job better suited for his special needs, as they as in the business of RENTING CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT. (these thing will generally have dust on them)The owner should take notice, his manger is costing him $$$$$$$$$

Me and my husband spotted Holland Rentall quite by accident one day whilst driving past. What a treasure house it is for those who are planning to entertain! They have everything you need to host a small to huge party. Not just that, they were courteous, professional, prompt and honest- a rare combination one doesnt see in vendors nowadays. We just wish we had known of them sooner! As they have lot of great stuff at affordable prices. Even though our wedding ceremony was traditional Indian, with a little bit of imagination on our side, we found most everything we needed, over here! We highly recommend this place to all our friends & family and especially young couples who are looking for an affordable way to get married.

Service was ok, kinda blamed me when chain got dull after an hour of cutting, you must have hit rocks, well yeah its hard not to sometimes. Need to get higher quality chain that stays charp longer.

Very disappointed in my experience with Holland. The front desk staff was fine but the individual in the back of the store explained the use of the equipment very poorly and quite rudely. Due to this I did not rent from Holland.

Rented chairs from here for daughters wedding. Price was right but chairs were 45 mins late to venue elderly had to stand around in record 98 degrees and arrive 15 mins before Wedding starting. Person on phone very friendly but kinda dropped the ball on delivery on time. I will admit it was graduation day for ncu. So I gave 3 stars instead of 1.

They rented me a pice of equipment that did not work. I drove 40 minutes to pick it up because they where the only ones that had it available. I drove 40 minutes back to where I needed it after being told that it worked. When I tried to use it the pice of equipment did not work. I dorve 40 minutes back to Holland Rent all, and they told me they didnt have another one available. The guy in the office told me that they would not charge me for the pice of equipment. Well they did and when I went back to them about it they told me there was nothing they could do about. What a poor way to treat your customers. I will be contacting the BBB since I have the receipt showing that they where not going to charge me.
