Our business recently started working with Gray and Creech and I love the printers! Very effective and professional. Excited to be more efficient! Highly recommend! Thank you Jason!
Our business has used Gray & Creech for several years now. They are always responsive and offer great service and customer care. What a top rate company! Highly recommended!
Great experience! Installation was quick and the new runs so fast now! Thank you!
My experience was great, they showed up right on time and was very efficient with the set up of the new printer and taking away of the old one. They made sure I know how everything work before leaving.
We recently moved to a larger office and felt we needed a copier/printer that could accommodate our new space and potential growth. After meeting with Gray & Creech and deciding on the equipment we liked, they took care of the rest. They came to our new office and set everything up and worked with all of our employees to make sure they were able to print and understand the new equipment. Our Account Executive, Mike, has been amazing and has been been quick to answer any questions we have and has stopped by our office several times to make sure we are satisfied. You cannot beat the personal service as you wont get that with most companies.- RPM Media
It was time to replace our two office copiers so we contacted the local suppliers that met our criteria- local sales force, local repair staff, name brand equipment and a great reputation. Mike Allen came out from Gray & Creech and listened to what I expected the copier to do. He gave me several options and then helped me choose which machines and features best suited our business needs. After looking over the proposals we decided to go with Gray & Creech. Mike followed through and delivered everything we agreed upon and our new copiers are functioning flawlessly.
Gray and Creech has not only made me grow as a person but also gave me the support. I have never worked for a company that values their employees the way Gray and Creech has. I genuinely feel like family and that is hard to find in a company. They stand behind their morals and do what is right, i would recommend this company. The most important part is not only treating the employees great but goes along with how their treat their customers and they do an amazing job. 5/5 stars and wouldnt change anything.
Our office just today switched to Sharp MX-3071 system. We had an amazing set up with very knowledgeable people. Each of the people from Gray & Creech knew what their job was and went to it. Mike Allen was our salesman and was very good about training my people and not leaving the site until everything and everyone was on board with the use of the copier and all computers were setup for printing. I am excited about using the new copier and all the extras that it offers.
Gray & Creech simply stands above the rest. Since 1922, Gary & Creech has been helping Carolina businesses stay on the cutting edge of office technology and offers a wide variety of products to fit your needs. Apart from the products, the customer service is really what makes them stand out. 5/5, 10/10 would recommend Gray & Creech
Our office was in need of a new, updated copier and Gray & Creech certainly delivered on that. They were very responsive and provided us with personalized service and ultimately the perfect equipment for our needs. They set everything up for us and gave a tutorial for our employees to understand all of the new features.
NEVER EVER EVER sign a lease from ANY company thats peddling water filtration systems. If you have a facilities dept., or even if you dont, more than likely you can save a ton ofmoney by purchasing this water cooler from any of the many places that sell them, ie;Sams Club, Lowes Home improvement, etc. and connecting them yourself. Water coolerssuch as this generally cost less than $2/300, and they will do everything that any other leasedcooler will do, and then some. The filtration media pitched by these companies as being stateof the art, etc., are the same you can get at any of the above mentioned retail stores, andalso through wholesale plumbing locations. Theyre just 5 micron or .5 micron, or in somecases, both. You dont need both if youre connected to city water lines. All you need is afilter to get rid of the chlorine, and thats it-Filtration media are all certified by the verysame regulatory agencies (NSA). They are required to be, in order to provide drinking water. So, while you may hear a story about stainless steel holding tanks, or UV disinfectionprocedures, its a huge distortion about potential health issues, and not necessary inorder to get clean drinking water. If your company is large enough to have a facilitiesdept., you already have access to this equipment through your purchasing dept. This company was sued by Diamond Springs Bottled Water because they had one of theDS Water employees providing them with potential leads, replacing the existing DS Watercustomers. They were even warned beforehand to cease and desist, and completelyignored all warnings by DS Water. Accordingly, they were sued and eventually were forcedto stop their illegal and highly unprofessional and utterly unethical business practices. Some of these companies even own their own leasing companies, in order to offerservices to otherwise credit challenged potential clients. It works like this: They offer youpie in the sky savings over bottled water, touting the convenience and cost factorsinvolved. Sometimes, this may well be true, if theres a lot of bottled water being consumed. However, the next step is to coerce you into signing a lease for the equipment, preferablyfor as many months as possible. A maintenance agreement may also be offered. They thensell the lease to a leasing company, sometimes their own, and pocket enormous profitsfrom the sale. The sales person is paid a commission based on the number of monthsagreed to in the agreement, the more months, the more money they make. They willabsolutely NOT let you out of the agreement, and will sue you regardless, in some caseseven if you go out of business and have no need for the equipment. So, if you sign alease agreeing to pay $45.00 monthly for 60 months, you just paid $2700.00 for a watercooler you could have purchased yourself for probably under $400. DO THE MATH.If you have multiple water coolers, the savings are even more profound.DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND STAY AWAY FROM ANYBODY THAT REQUIRES YOUTO SIGN A LEASE FOR ANY TIME PERIOD.
