We recently moved into a bigger office building, and Thrifty had everything we needed at great prices! Their used inventory was in excellent condition and included a broad selection of furniture from seating and desks to storage solutions and break room tables. I have been needing to purchase a new desk chair, but I was hesitant to make such a purchase without trying out different ones. I looked up stores in the area, and saw the great reviews for Thrifty Office Furniture. I headed over and worked with Suzanne to find a great fit. She was extremely patient with me, spending over an hour just showing me the options, answering my questions, and pricing out configurations. I never felt rushed or as an inconvenience. Okay everyone, If you are even the slightest bit tired of your chair, desk, or something in your home work environment, get into your car and take a trip to Thrifty Office Furniture on Angus Drive. They have so many great options and you deserve to treat yourself and take good care of yourself when it comes to your BACK.I visited Thrifty Office furniture twice and the customer service has been excellent every time. As soon as I arrived, the environment was clean and very peaceful. They have a machine that takes your temperature as soon as you arrive, which made me feel safe. Suzanne Perry helped me out and showed me into the warehouse to try out gently used office chairs, and spoke with me about the specific brands and prices. She printed out a sheet with information on each of the chairs and their prices and brands so i could take it home and reference it and read reviews.I went back this morning, ultimately chose a STEEL CASE office chair that I am sitting in now as I write this review, and I feel so much better! Tamara Van Doren helped me this morning and immediately took time to walked me through the different features of the chair, and allowed me to choose the one in the best condition.I ABSOLUTELY recommend Thrifty Office Furniture to anyone who is looking for an upgrade in their home work space, which so many of are requiring now. Went in looking for a used task chair that was suitable for a large man(6’1” 350). Suzanne showed me a few chairs that would work. There was one that she even looked up the weight limit for since she wasn’t positive it was high enough. After testing out a few chairs, I selected a steelcase leap that was her recommendation before we even started. She even got one of the assemblers working in the back to swap out the arm rest pads from another one that were in better condition. Excellent customer service and I got a great chair at a great price. No more folding steel chair on poker night for me!!

I have been searching for a table and chair set for my daughter who is going into first grade. I have been on the hunt for an office chair for weeks and purchased and returned two brand new chairs prior to coming to Thrifty. Came in and Suzanne suggested the perfect chair almost immediately. Went home with a quality chair at a great price within 15 minutes. When I got home I realized the chair height mechanism wasnt working. I was able to come in the next day and get a replacement chair free of cost. If you need an office chair, stop here first before wasting money and time elsewhere.

They went out of their way to find obscure pieces, modify designs, and ensure on time delivery/installation.I highly recommend working with John as a sales rep due to the level of integrity and service he provides.
