I am so happy to have a UPS store so close to home where it also feels like home. Their customer service is always inviting and welcoming. I can come up to the register with any request and they try and help me the best way possible. One time I accidentally left my keys at the store and they graciously called me to let me know! Thank you for being SUCH a pleasant and positive experience!!!

The UPS store in Raleigh NC is a great local resource! It’s MUCH nicer than the post office. They have 24 hour access P.O. Boxes that are very useful and convenient. Print, ship, notary, copies, fax, finger print etc etc. They are friendly, helpful, hard-working and honest people

I came here to have my fingerprints collected for a new job. While I expected a email shortly after, I didn’t receive it — when I called the UPS Store the next day to inquire, Joe kindly reached out to Fieldprint and followed-up with me to resolve the situation.Really well done with the follow-up and helping me solve my issue. Poor customer service at best. Edna- customer service assistant- poorly represents UPS and its customer centric policies. I’d drive 30 min out of my way NOT to go to this UPS location. Don’t waste your time.

Joe was very patient and extremely helpful with the customer in the store and with me on the phone. We were dealing with very important documents that needed to be notarized and were time sensitive. Joe scanned and emailed the documents prior to mailing them out. He waited for verification from me that the email was received. We are grateful that this UPS Store was able to provide all the services we needed. One stop shop is always helpful. Thank you, Joe!!!

Covid brought me back to North Carolina after eight years in the Northeast. While New Yorkers are generally misunderstood to be impolite, those who operate the UPS (and FedEx) stores are genuinely rude and unhelpful. Thats why I was shocked to find the team at this location so hospitable. They consistently go out of their way to ensure a quick and easy experience, which, for me, typically involves printing and shipping.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Ive been going to this UPS once or twice a week since September for work and have always received the best service. Everyone who works there is pleasant but Joe and Herna really take the cake. Im newer to shipping and they always go out of their way to help me with my, sometimes insane, requests. I will continue to do all my personal as well as work business at this location! Thank you for your service!!!!!!

Ive had a mailbox here for about a decade. Joe and his team are incredibly helpful and friendly. Location is great if youre downtown a lot and I have nothing but positive things to say about their package and mailbox services.Best part of this location is the people that work there.

Edited 15JUL21 [change from 2 to 4 stars]:Since the review below (beginning of May) - I have had ~85% positive experiences & great customer service. The first time I was there must have been an anomaly.Also - there always seems to be easy parking right outside on the curb for quick business inside.COVID: They are super concerned about everyone wearing a mask regardless of vax/inoculation status._________________________I wish I had read the reviews of this place before getting a PMB there. The location is great. But the staff member assisting me was so unprofessional. I understand and can even appreciate a team member in training, but this person was polite to me & and super rude/unprofessional with her other coworker (turns out thats her husband... so its OK to treat him so badly? And in a business setting?) In front of customers? During a transaction?) I was not impressed. Ill give it a few weeks to see if things improve - then Ill either update this review for the better or talk to UPS HQ and move my PMB to another location.

Theyve done good work so far with Covid and getting people in and out of their small space quckly and efficiently. Ive dropped a few return label packages off and they took no time to process everything.

I ordered something from Amazon on 12/16/20 expected delivery was Saturday 12/19/20. I really needed my package. So I received my notifications from Amazon as well as that particular UPS store that my package is ready to be picked up literally 5 minutes before theyre closing time. Now I have to wait until Monday to a package I need to present on Monday. That store should not provide services to Amazon if we cant get access to package immediately as stated by Amazon. I will definitely mentioned it to amazon and not use that store as a source for pickup. Stay away from that store if you use Amazon.

I came here many times for notary, no problem, very fast and reasonable. But then I come here for printing documents from USB. But they disable USB printing on the customer printer, tell me to use customer computer and print from there. I want to pay for printing. But I Got to pay more money just to use computer. Because they disable USB printing. So I just come back for notary.

Staff was rude. I didn’t know that customers were an inconvenience. I walked in and no one was at the front desk, the store was empty, and five minutes later I’m welcomed with “Yes?” No apology for the wait or absence of front desk staff and I had to ask for a receipt. I’ve been to other UPS stores with much better customer service in the area and those other places are where I will continue to take my business.

FYI, I used this location as a printing service. Pretty easy to me and the lady was as helpful as I could expect. If you follow the directions on the computer, then printing is straightforward. I needed 60 copies of a form in a hurry and paid $15. I guess they factor in the materials, use of the computer, and the convenience (somehow). I dont have to have documents printed very often so I didnt see anything wrong about the pricing. Very convenient for me so it was well worth the price to me. Awesome eatery at Manhattan Cafe next door which made the stop even better!

Fantastic store and great personnel! Needed a ton of printing done quickly, Kimberly was right on it! Helped me get everything done in the emergency time frame I needed. When I went to pick up my products was greeted very nicely and checked out in a timely and friendly manner. Definitely my UPS store of choice, thanks Kimberly and team!

Excellent experience! Great customer service! I called the store on Tuesday, Jan 30th and spoke to Kimberly I told her what I needed to ship and she was very helpful and informative over the phone. I walked in to the store on Wednesday, Jan 31st and I was greeted immediately by Andre. He asked me how he could help me and what a big help he was!!! He was so courteous and very patient with me. I was very impressed with my interaction over the phone and in person. Nowadays its hard to find good customer service so to find excellent customer service is amazing! I will ship all my packages from this location from now on!!

This downtown UPS store was very helpful over the course of several visits across a week. The wait was never long, service was always great, prices are reasonable. Location cant be beat, especially since Im pretty sure its the only place to scan things thats right downtown. Thanks again!

I came here earlier today to drop off 10 heavy boxes. One of the staff members, Joe, noticed me carrying one and immediately asked if I needed help. He then grabbed his dolley, took it out to my car, and loaded all my boxes for me without hesitation. So thankful for this awesome customer service - they went above and beyond! I will definitely be returning to this location. Thanks Joe!

Dropped a packed off on 5/29/2020. It did not arrive until 6/15/2020. I checked the tracking online and it did not leave their store until 6/10/2020, ~13 days after it was dropped off.This store is awful. Please avoid.

I was unable to print the label Joe Costanzo charge me $1.22 to print when this package needed to go to USPS. Instead of saying we can mail it but its a charge to print. I sent the package around the corner to usps. Poor service go someplace else

I arranged my schedule to drop by this location early to get a basic service passport photo taken. It was empty when I entered with one stressed employee in the back. After some searching and phone calls, the camera for passport photos was being used out of the office (perhaps for personal use). Not only was this a disappointing use of my time, I can’t imagine this location would be reliable for other business needs promised by the UPS brand.

I walked in with a fragile piece of art to ship. To start, right after telling the woman it was fragile, she grabbed it in her hand and squeezed. Then she basically ignored me and proceeded to pack it in a box without letting me know anything about how much it would cost. I paid 20+ dollars to ship something that barely weighed a pound 100 miles down the road. The box that I had no say in picking was $8.50 and I was totally beguiled into paying that much. I will NEVER go back to this place, one of the worst customer experiences Ive had. Go down the road to the FED EX store instead, we all know they are better anyway.

The workers at this UPS store are so incapable, it is not worth bringing your business here. They took so long to take a simple return package, with a prepaid label, and then charged me to print it. They are terrible communicators, slow, and do not seem to understand the key functions of their job. Go to FedEx or any other shipping service before you subject yourself to this store.

This is the 2nd & last time I do business with UPS. If you are a dark skin female or male there is a light skin black man that delivers packages & treats you like you are going to rob him even If you live in a nice neighborhood. I switch to FedEx.

Very clean, well-organized and friendly neighborhood store. Walking into the USPS over on New Bern, compared to this store is like night and day, per se. Usually, a one-person operation, the staff on duty makes it a point to be responsive any time that door opens... I like that a lot.

Went to print 4 pages here. 80 cents plus tax right? They wanted to charge me another 1.99 because I emailed it to her and I guess the three buttons she needed to press to send it to the printer cost that much! Decided to go to FedEx instead. Ended up paying 63 cents total for the same 4 pages.

Every time I come in there’s always at least three people in line before me with one person working. I feel bad because it’s not the one employee’s fault but also I should not be in line for sometimes 15 minutes just to pick up a package. You need more people working.

Had a package supposed to be delivered yesterday. My package got delayed Im a photographer and Im shooting a wedding and Im leaving for out of town today. I was told not my fault, we reschedule for Monday and your package will be left on your doorstep. UNPROFESSIONAL

Does not accept spectrum equipment drop off even though ups stores have a contract to do so. Gave a poor, babbling, excuse as to why they could not. This location barely meets the need of a ups store.
