Great service from the first call. I was given enough information to make me want to check it out. She actually encouraged me to do so. When I arrived I was given good advice and a price sheet. No BS. The yard was organized and there was a great variety of product. After about 20 minutes I found a wonderful pallet of pavers. They set up delivery and the delivery driver was great. They were even nice to my dog that loved the cool stone floor in the showroom. Thanks for the great experience, my path looks amazing!

Jason was extremely helpful during our visit to the store. He really left all the hard work and calculations out of the equation for us he knew exactly what he was doing. We actually placed our order over the phone with Jason and although I dont know much about pavers and the like, he knew what questions to ask me to get through the order process easily! Delivery was on time and in good order. Would definitely work with them again in any project we have in the future!

Good selection. I bought a pallet of stones for hardscaping. These guys gave me good advice on how to construct a raised bed wall. After I finished with the pallet, I went back and grabbed another one. I think they were 1.5tons each at around $350 each. I’m very happy with how it turned out. Many compliments from the neighbors

Just had our large rock/fire pit delivered and it could not have been an easier or more helpful and pleasant experience. He was able to drop it right where we wanted it and was the kindest man. The on site folks were very nice as well.

A1 service and pricing! Gentleman I spoke to, John, was very helpful. Had me text pictures to identify what rocks I would need and gave a spot on estimate for the material. Easy pick up and simple transaction. I will 100% be giving them my business from now on!

Jason was very professional and very helpful. I bought ledger stone for my fireplace. His estimation of how much stone was needed was absolutely spot on. I ended up with two pieces and 3 corners left.....much better than I would have expected!

Ive worked with the owner and his salespeople for over 15 years. They are very knowledgeable about stone products and applications. Their convenient location off Capitol Blvd has a large selection of products to any homeowner and contractor to choose from.

We really enjoyed working with Amy, she was such an asset helping us pick out the stones to make our house look beautiful. She took her time, we did not feel rushed and we felt like she honestly helped us make good decisions. The day of delivery, Conner was the driver to deliver our stones. I couldnt get my husband on the phone to place the stones in the right place until about 4 pallets had been unloaded. Conner was very friendly in moving them, he helped me move a few things out of the way, made suggestions on placement, and even asked if where he had put everything was okay before he left. His excellent customer service and patience was unbelievable! I highly recommend working with Southern Stone for your stone needs, the customer service is unmatched! I hope to edit with a photo once our installer is all done!

Always friendly and professional. They have a great selection of mulch and stone. They also deliver.

Please beware. We were convinced to order extra boxes of a stacked limestone we were going to use for a fireplace. It was a show room item, nothing exotic. The project was completed and three full unopened boxes out of the twelve ordered were left over. We asked if we could drive by to return them, but were told they do not take returns. Of course were now regretting we took the advice to add extras to the order. Going to be looking for a different supplier for the next project, and also pass this along to our tiling specialists.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Bought 2 boxes of stone. I used one and went back to return the one that I didnt even open.They refuse to take it back. Thats the our return policy lady told me in The office. If I would see it there I would not waste my gas and time. Sorry but if you can not take care of your customer you worth a penny.
