We went in to upgrade our phones. I’m usually hesitant, because I don’t want to have to go through all kinds of up-sale stuff, but Keyla was excellent. Took care of us, upgraded our phones, transferred everything and explained our phones trade in value. Very friendly and able take care of several customers at once. Her multitasking skills are impressive! Best AT&T experience ever!

Kayla was extremely efficient, she was able to take care of multiple customers at once, but was also very attentive to everyones needs. She has a very charismatic personality, and wants to make people happy. She was patient and kind throughout the entire process, with not just me but everyone else she was able to help while I was there. I definitely recommend going to see her before you go anywhere else.

Walked in and was greeted right away by Kayla the Asst Manager. Kayla was able to answer all my questions to help me make a good informed choice on my next new phone to purchase.
