I cant gush enough over Oscars above and beyond service! Not only was he super kind and patient (and NOT pushy) during the initial purchase transaction, but I was having complicated phone/cloud issues causing my contacts to be lost. I was heartbroken because I have a TON of business contacts in my phone. Oscar actually called me after-the-fact to let me know he might have figured out a way to get them back for me....AND HE DID!!!! Wow....when does THAT ever happen in the customer service world these days? Thank you Oscar and the Ramona Verizon store!!!

I upgraded my phone over 30 hours ago. They did not activate it correctly and so I have not able to do anything but make emergency calls for over 30 hours. They said they would fix it in 4-24 hours and have not. I am not sure if or when the phone will be correctly activated. I would definitely not recommend going to this store.I had already emailed you right after writing this review.

Pull up and through the window is a man spinning circles in a chair....there is not 1 customer in the store. 3 associates standing around. This is where we bought the phone and they put on a screen protector that day but now they dont have one. I got my phone here and had to order it because they didnt have the color.Why do we even stop here!!?Childish customer service and never have what we need. Just keep going to poway!

Wow! My best phone/new plan buying experience to date. Elliot is so knowledgeable! He gives you all the information you need, to make the best choice for yourself. I felt no pressure, & no regrets, after my purchase of the Unlimited plan & a new Samsung A71. Im not sure I would have done this, if it werent for Elliot being my salesperson & being so thoughtful in his assistance! I feel happy knowing if I ever need to ask a quick technical question about my phone, I can stop in & have someone I trust like Elliot, advise me. Thank you Elliot!!

First off, service and friendliness here is above average, and most people would give 5 stars for that. I think that leaves no room to recognize excellence and going above and beyond, so I only give 5 stars if all interactions are exceptional, or theyve really done something special, and I can find nothing to improve.That said, I recommend this place fairly highly. Speed, friendliness, knowledge, willingness to spend a little extra time to do something non standard to get you what you want/need is better than any Verizon run store that Im familiar with. My recent experience there that brought up a notification requesting a review was impeccable, and would rate a full 5 stars.The only reasons I have for not giving 5 stars is as follows.1: lack of product selection. I know this is a small store, in a smaller market, and it may not be financially reasonable to have all the different phones and tablets on display, but if you are shopping for a new device, and you want to go hands on with the product before deciding on a device, its a reason to go down the hill to a larger store. Erring on the side of larger selection, instead of just the minimum of the most popular/profitable products would make it more likely for me to do business here exclusively.2: Knowledge, willingness to help, and friendliness hasnt always been above average. Sometimes, as with this most recent interaction, its pretty much perfect. Not only doing the service requested well, quickly, and in a friendly pleasant manner, but also giving unsolicited suggestions as to how to proceed forward. Other times its been a fully reasonable experience, no real fails, but nothing exceptional. A couple of times Ive gotten inaccurate or incomplete information, and minimal to grudging effort on getting a question answered/problem solved, with no effort to provide helpful insight or expertise. Never rudeness, nor ever totally unacceptable service, but twice that I remember, substandard service (in maybe a dozen interactions over the last 3 years).3: Earlier this year, about June or July (not this most recent interaction), some staff either had no mask, had it under their chin, or covering only the mouth, not the nose. One of those times the store was crowded, and especially if a staff member had been contagious, many people could have been infected. I shouldnt have, as I am somewhat high risk, but I did stay a short time to get a quick question answered. I should have turned around, walked out, and really, should have called corporate. If wed all been better at protocols, thered be fewer dead, fewer disabled, lower medical costs, and wed have fewer restrictions now. I have friends in Australia that are now restriction free because they did what was needed when it was needed.

Maria was very helpful after I purchased a new phone. She helped me move all my contacts, apps, passwords, Bluetooth and WiFi settings from my old phone to the new phone. The people in this store are very professional, and pleasant, which sums up my whole experience. I feel the store definetly saved me time researching how to, then setting up my phone. Highly recommended.

Beware! This is a scammy place. I was sold the phone with a warranty plan, I was told if I purchased a specific phone to include specific accessories, I would be covered in the event that the phone was damaged in anyway. My screen cracked, even with the screen protector that I purchased, and when I returned to make use of the warranty, the sales person was no longer working at this location and the manager was less than helpful. Now I’m stuck with a phone that I wouldn’t have otherwise purchased, with a cracked screen, and accessories that were supposed to protect the phone. The worst service.

Ramona Verizon has been a great place to do business. I have never had a bad experience with any of the sales staff. I told this to Nick (one of managers), he stated that they interview carefully to ensure that is the case.Verizon is a good company, for example because I am a veteran I get 20% off my bill. It is the little things like that plus the constant good service that keep my patronage.Thanks and keep up the good work.

I wouldnt give this kind of store such a high review if not for the helpful sweet young woman that helped me with my problem. My phone malfunctioned. The young woman was knowledgeable and when she wasnt sure about an aspect, she promptly asked. I appreciate that. It much better to be honest rather than having smoke blown up one who... ha.

Haven’t been at a Verizon store in the longest hate the wait and the over selling. Needed a new phone though. Met with Miguel who was just awesome, very helpful. Made sure all my questions answered. Went in to get a new phone since mine had broken. Didnt have to wait too long, and was greeted immediately. The transfer took a couple hours, but at the same time all my questions were answered, since I know very little about cell phones. Nick helped me through the whole process. Thanks again! I had a billing issue with Verizon and I could not get it handled on the phone. I went to the Local Verizon store in Ramona and spoke with Jennifer and Nick. Both were absolutely awesome and called the customer care center. They were able to take care of the billing mistake and get my Paymant refunded for the over charge. Ill give them two stars because they were polite. However, I came into switch out my sim card with my note 4 while I wait for my note 10 to arrive (yup... I destroyed my screen two weeks before the new phone came) they informed me the note 4 is no longer supported on the network and proceeded to sell me on a phone I already ordered. It wouldnt have been so bad if that were true. My husband goes into a verizon store two days later and has no problem and has my phone working in less that 10 minutes. I understand if you have limited capabilities because youre an authorized retailer, but lying to try and upsell me is just a great way to get a poor review.

They took care of me really well. Verizon is EXPENSIVE. But I think the dollars you pay may be reflected in the high quality of the staff. So you pay more and you talk to people who understand some things about their services and networks. Cricket too, and T-Mobile is not to far behind. Nobody sucks more than AT&T. (I know, Cricket is ATT. But Ramonas guy is outstanding.) I change carriers at least once a year, so I know both the locals and the online MVNOs.

I am jealous of the people who had a good outcome because we did not. We kept going back for four months trying to get our bill straightened out and I finally gave up and called Verizon. After two hours in the phone Verizon told me that they could not give me the deal I wss promised because I went to Go Wireless instead of Verizon. I am now paying $50 more than we agreed to every month!

Went in last week to upgrade my phone to the galaxy s7, Nick Hooper(?) Was hilariously entertaining and helped me out so much. He totally made a day I was kind of dreading (simply for the fact that the process is usually boring and takes forever) into a day that was actually fun and exciting. I was already excited for a new phone but he gave so much more info on the new s7 that I didnt know and made me feel sure about my choice. If you go into go wireless in ramona make sure to ask for nick hooper, he knows his stuff and hes hilarious! Youll actually have a good time getting phone service, who knew?!

After 14 years of having verizon wireless service, terrible customer service, multiple phone calls trying to find somebody that had some common sense, nothing and nobody! Ok, switched to Sprint(very happy). Now here comes the continued story, had verizon points, I switch my phone line 1 week ago on approximately 9/7/16, then today I get an email saying redeem your point/rewards. I try and log into my account and it tells me that I cant access my rewards? I call, talk with a gal who continues to put me on hold while I check on that. Then I get a guy and he tells me that if I reconnect in 45 days I can have my rewards back? ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME!!! Hello VERIZON cold day in you know were before I ever even consider you as a service provider! If anybody has had the same experience and wants to take these guys on please get in touch with me.On another note verizon - hope you are listening, we also hold stock - SOLD!!!!
