I filled a prescription with no refills here when we were staying at a nearby AirBnB. In spite of the fact that I have no prescriptions to refill, do not live in the area, and have told them NO three times, they continue to bug me about automatic refills.

Just was asked to leave the store because my 14 month old baby was not wearing a mask. They said that they just got off a conference call and were told that everyone is required to wear a mask. California is only mandating everyone to wear a mask over the age of 2. CVS is not aware of reality and was very rude about handling the situation. I would like to see any employee of CVS to get a 14 month old baby keep a mask on their face.

I went in to this location on Sunday at 4Pm, with a regular prescription that I fill every month. Only went to this cvs because it was the closest to my home. That was just a waste of my time. The lady behind the counter, did everything to make me leave without filling my prescription. I was in there the previous Thursday to make sure they could fill it on Sunday and they said that they could. Dont waste your time going to this location. Had to travel 15 miles to a better branch. The stop was a waste of my time.

Worst customer service on the phone ever. Time and time again I have put up with their incompetent attitudes. Im done. They lost a customer. Today was the final straw. They are either constantly under staffed, or not trained properly. And definitely not nice on the phone.

Need more chairs to accommodate all the people they make wait. Why order in advance. They wont have your prescription ready. 3 different people gave me 3 different prices. I still dont know how much its supposed to be.I guess Ill find out when I get my cc bill. Prescriptions are highway robbery. Pharmacies not much better.

Arrogant pharmacy staff, threw my daughters prescription away because they thought it was a duplicate based on first name and location alone. Call me silly but I thought last names and birthdays mattered too. I watched some one dig through the trash to find her prescription. After he insisted I was wrong about who I was picking up for and the last name of my daughter. When all was said and done I got half my daughters prescription and asked the pharmacist about it mixing with Tylenol, lets just say his answers didnt give me enough confidence to mix them with out doing my own research. I will never deal with this cvs when in town again.

The pharmacy has the worst service of any pharmacy in Ramona. They promise a time and it is never ready, I always get very prompt service at Rite Aid. My script was supposed to be ready at 12:00 so I called at 12:30 and was told another 20 minutes, I went an hour later and was told another 20 minutes. They need to get their act together and fire some people!

The customer service here is generally very slow. The people are friendly, however, it seems that seven out of ten times there is a problem. If it is in regards to your insurance, you are tasked in a nice way to resolve it. This has happened numerous times regarding refills of meds which I have taken for years and where there has been no change in my prescription benefits. If they are having a problem with your prescription, you receive an excuse ( nicely) and again the onus is placed on you to resolve it.. I recently had a refill done in Las Vegas/ Henderson, NV, and the service was out of this world. I was prepared for issues, however, they handled everything with such ease and courtesy. No glitches, problems or excuses. I was prepared for one, and was blown away by just how easy they made it. The Ramona CVS should take a page out of the Henderson, NV playbook. .

Horrible service. Called in a prescription and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. After waiting for a ride to go pick up my prescription(just had surgery the same morning) after 2 & 1/2 hours, they told me I had to wait another 20 minutes. This all while being on crutches, in pain from a surgery, and calling it in 2 & 1/2 hours earlier!! What great customer service!! Every person working in that pharmacy needs to be FIRED!!!!

Absolutely the worst. I made a mistake going back to CVS Pharmacy and as usual CVS employees tell me I do not have coverage. So I call my insurance and they walk the CVS employees through the process. Horrible, I will NEVER return to CVS

I had made a mistake on my refill time, so I called a total of 3x in one day. The last call same girl, this is what she tells me If you want your pills then go bug your doctor or go to urgent care. SO RUDE!!!! just because someone makes a mistake and does not understand the insurance/pill amount per renewal, does not give permission to be RUDE! I talked to the manager/pharmacist and she didnt even care. Called it a miscommunication. I do not think what she said and how she said it was a miscommunication. this is the 3rd time been treated rude, I will be taking my PILLS else where.

Online hours for this specific location showed they were open until midnight. I drove down from Julian, sick, and they were closed!! Hours on the door indicated they closed at 10pm. You can imagine how pissed I am. Update your online hours immediately!!!
