My dr. accidentally sent my prescription to Rite Aid instead of CVS. Whoops! Huge difference.I tried to make it work anyway, but their customer service is so bad. I remember why I never go there.My wife told me to try Best Care Pharmacy. There is something to be said for small local businesses where people actually care. I should’ve gone there.

Matthew had a terrible attitude....and whoever the smaller white lady was didn’t acknowledge the lady getting ice cream...didn’t even get a hi or welcome in just stared. Just drive to El Cajon nicer folks

Pharmacy is a joke . Customer service is absolutely atrocious from them . They NEVER answer the phone . Walked in Friday to refill my prescription and was asked if I could come back the next day and PICK IT UP. I came the next day and the lady said it would be 30-45 mins because it WASN’T ready . If you’re going to be so incompetent, at least be nice . What a mess

The mix ups and delays that go on at the pharmacy are amazing. There always seems to be some issue with filling medications and Ive had to wait longer then necessary even after having called prescriptions in. I wont be going back and recommend you avoid the pharmacy at all costs.

The pharm tech here was awesome! He was well aware that the medication I needed was an emergency med and saw that it was filled at the wrong rite aide location. He said he would take care of it and he kept his promise. Medication was transferred and filled with 10 minutes. The only thing I regret was not catching his name. He was Awesome, Excellent Superb

Pharmacy when I do need it, theyre alright. I think the only one who stands out to me & is friendly & makes you feel better about being sick or hurt is the young lady with pinkish hair. I didnt get your name but thank you & youre awesome. Other than that..pretty basic store/pharmacy I prefer here over CVS in town. They do have a rewards system too so if you just enter your phone number you can get the member price. Super simple process. Unlike the associate CARAH, usually you serve customers in the line they arrive in, not by because were back because I dropped my ice cream, so they should be taken care of before the person who actually came in for medicine. Then to be told to have a blessed night. Not very considerste nor customer service smart there. But maybe if you took those big fake eye lashes off youd be able to do your JOB more accordingly. Go back to training.

I went to here on Christmas morning my daughter was starting to get sick and my face was a mess and i had a Christmas thing to go to and i needed help. I didnt catch her name but she had glasses and a brown hair .she helped me so much with every thing i thank god she was there . she took time to help me out finding a foundation that matched my skin and HELP me with meds i will be going back 💗🙌👍😎 rite aid she appreciate workers like this!

The quality of service in the pharmacy has gone badly downhill in the past few months. Prescriptions are rarely ready at the promised time. This is a semi-rural community and many customers live some distance away.Today, I was verbally promised that two prescriptions would be ready by 7:00 pm. I got a text at 6:15 telling me they were ready, but I waited until seven to pick them up. The prescriptions WERE NOT READY. I made a nearly 20 mile round trip for nothing. Situations like this are becoming more frequent. I switched over to RiteAid because the service at CVS was abysmal. Now Rite Aid is almost just as bad.

I cant believe their hours! Theyre closed so dang early! 6pm on a Saturday. I had a very important prescription called into there from urgent care at 5:30pm and by the time I got back to Ramona they had already closed!!! Used to be open until 8pm.They make people suffer because they dont want to work up here. Other rite aid pharmacies are open later. Its s joke. CVS However, I noticed was still open. Maybe its time to take myself and my families business elsewhere.

Pharmacy is a joke. No communication between staff. Wait and wait some more. No longer shop here. CVS is two blocks away and know what they are doing. Save yourself the aggravation.

Rite Aid is terrible. There is a line 10 deep every day all day and they have one register open. Absolutely ridiculous. I was standing in line with 10 people and a girl came out from behind the register and announced that she was going on her break. She walked right past the huge line of people.
