So my wife received a text that they couldn’t process her prescription due to an insurance issue. So I called and waited on hold for 15 minutes, then decided to drive there while still on hold. When I got there I was still on hold, now 25 minutes. There was a woman behind me had the same issue and also decided the take the ride. Turns out there was no insurance issue and I was asked to wait for 15 minutes as they processed the prescription. I showed him my phone and asked if they were ever going to answer the call on hold. He just said they were short staffed on Mondays. Insurance problemB.S. $3.47 for the prescription. I have an idea schedule more workers or stop scheduling COVID-19 shots on Mondays. Seems like recently they have been going down hill. Every time I go in there’s always someone new working in that pharmacy. I’m thinking about switching.

Do NOT get vaccinated here. Scheduled a COVID vaccine online for 215. Instructions say to arrive 15 min early with downloaded form & filled out. Arrived at 200. Sat in waiting area with one person already there. When he arrived 15 minutes earlier was told pharmacist was on break and back in a few minutes. 232 Pharmacist returns - gone at least 45 minutes. 245 man ahead of me finally gets his shot. 250 I get my shot. I check vaccination card and Moderna was written on it although I had gotten J&J. I point it out and another was issued. I hear CVS is a well oiled machine. Go there instead.

Some very nice faces there, I enjoy coming here now that I haven’t seen the cashier who asks for donations in a long time. Btw their ice cream selection is exquisite :)

Me and a few of my friends went to wallgreens and we were all buying items, we went to pay and one of the cashiers just wouldn’t stop asking for us to donate money even after we said politely that we didn’t want to. My friend had her 10 year old brother with her and he was trying to buy his items and yet again the same cashier made him uncomfortable and he felt forced as we all did to donate. I understand that it is a good cause but he would NEVER do anything like that to an adult I know this because I watched the women in front of us decline to donate and that was that no haggling or making her feel uncomfortable.

A cashier was very aggressive towards me and my friends to donate. i understand this is a great cause, but after we said no, the man would mumble under his breath (loud enough for us to hear) that it was rude we were buying candy and not helping sick kids. one of friends has a younger brother and I think the cashier took this as an opportunity to get more money for this cause because he would only continue asking to kids.

I had the worst experience at this pharmacy location. The pharmacist name Smitha was very disrespectful. She wasnt willing to help the line. She was waiting for her tech to help the line. Never coming back again.

The young workers there were very kind, focused and helpful. However, the middle aged woman manager was very rude and treated her staff poorly with humiliation in front of many customers, and exemplified poor leadership qualities. As a customer, I felt very uncomfortable witnessing the way she treated her staff especially when the young man who was helping me was being very helpful and kind and was doing the best he can.

I walked in and two employees immediately jogged up to me and told me that I won the drawing for the day! I was super surprised and they gave me the whole payout right then in cash! Mommas gettin a new pink Range Rover! Boss had clammy hands when we shook on it, which he apologized for only thrice. Otherwise, a magical experience. Fix your plunger display though.

They dont have many employees working there although the ones that are working are pretty nice and helpful when you can find them.
