I purchased an engine from these guys and was told it would be delivered in about a week and a half. 3 weeks later still no engine. I called the store and was directed to Matt. For five weeks, he told me next week I would get the engine. I explained my frustrations, he then told me he was the manager so he takes these situations personally. Each time we spoke, he said he would call me back in 30 minutes after he spoke with the shipping company. Not once in the 30 plus time we talked did I ever receive a call back. After week five, I was so tired of calling with absolutely no updates on where my engine was that I finally cancelled it. 1.5 - 2 months after the order was placed these guys couldn’t tell me when I would get it or even where the engine was. Definitely not a place I will ever try doing business with again.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Matt never gave us a call back after ordering a Range Rover transmission and it showed up without a converter and was the wrong transmission! After waiting weeks and getting an absolute run around we ultimately had to buy a unit from the dealer. Fast forward 5 months we get a letter in the mail from the freight company charging US for the freight after this company refused to pay it, which led to leaving this review. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. I would guess all of the good reviews on this page are their own employees. I highly discourage anyone from using this company.

Matt is a pathological liar. Every 4 star review written about this company is fake. They are liars & scammers. Should not be in business.

Fraudulent business. Every single thing Matt says is a lie. Thousands of dollars and thousands of hours wasted. Sold us the wrong engine to begin with and had us jump through countless hoops, countless hours on the phone and on hold and countless lies trying to salvage the issue. Ended up giving up and returning the engine. Almost 4 months later and still no refund. Will be pressing charges.

Paid for two parts from this company and one of them was too damaged for us to use. I then took the part back to them along with a copy of the invoice and was told the credit should show up on our credit card statement with in a few days. It has been over a month and several calls with still no resolution. At over 600 dollars for this part this is more than an inconvenience it is theft.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR

This is the first shop Im going to call from here on out. I came in late as they were locking up and the owner George and shop specialist Roman welcomed me and my father in anyways. He rolled up the back gate and took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Absolutely positively the worst place Ive ever done business with. I ordered the part not only once but twice, both time sensors that couldnt be replaced were cut. I then paid $250 to return the bad parts and at the same time requested a refund which I was told would be no problem. I literally spoke with the manager several times a week for months the card that was used to pay for parts was no longer valid so I called them several times to make sure the refund was put back on correct card, weeks and months pass still no refund once again I spoke with manager oh Im sorry they issued a store credit Ill have them refund your card, once again I verified card info., Months have passed still nothing I called once again and spoke with someone else, oh your refund was issued awhile back verified card, wrong damn card this was 2 weeks ago someone was gonna call me back absolutely nothing, so my refund is just floating around in cyberspace and they could care less, you guys SUCk¡!!!!!!!¡

I dont usually take the time to write reviews but for this particular shop it is a must. I was referred to this place by a friend of mine and was told I would not regret it. I was looking for a 2006 range rover sport head lights, I was shopping around different places and Euro Auto Recycling had reasonable & affordable pricing. I was amazed from their customer service over the phone and in person. They took the time to explain all the different steps in regards to changing the parts. Their customer service was phenomenal and their parts are in mint condition. I recommend anyone to go to Euro Auto for any car needs/parts. They are absolutely the best!

Stay away and dont get fooled.I did order a engine with Euro Auto Recycling for $600. Over the phone, because homepage is not working. I dealt with Matt, got a engine promised with 63000 miles for $600. Got the engine delivered and I payed freight $50. Turned out it was the wrong engine, ok I called in and got another engine promised, this time they had one with 85000 miles for same price. Im ok its not a good deal as the original 63000 miles deal but I was ok with it. Got the engine delivered 10 days later and payed another $50 shipping. Turned out that the engine had way over 200000 miles on it. I called in and wanted my money back I did sent the engine back. They Refuse to give money back instead i got an in store credit. Im not interested in a in Store credit with a bunch of layers. I did file a claim at the BBB. Found out it has been F rated already. Waiting for my refund until today. Stay away, this company try to steal your money.

Unprofessional. Was shipped incorrect or broken parts twice, then lied to for over a month that a correct one was on the way. Spoiler alert, they never had the right one. Now months after the fact, I cannot get them to issue me the promised refund. I feel lied to by this company.

This place scammed me as an eBay seller. Seller beware. They purchased an ECU from me then returned the item-more than likely to fulfill a customer request and complete the transaction....what they did is find a burnt ECU that had sold, bought mine, said they no longer needed it because the mechanic said otherwise and returned the broken item. If you pull those kind of games, you dont have a game never mind morals. Anyone that needs to see the transaction and before and after pictures I can provide them

Sent an engine that supposedly worked. Engine was seized. Attempted to return engine. They would not return phone calls. They played the ignore me game until I disputed the charges with my bank. Suddenly they returned phone calls and actually arranged a pick up. Its as if they were trying to waste enough of my time that I would be past the return date.

I had a really good experience with Euro Recycling. I picked up a Headlight for my 2011 528i, the price was average from what I was finding but the lens was nice and clear and matched my other side. (my car sleeps in the garage) and still way cheaper then a NEW one from the Stealership! Hopefully I do not have to buy more parts, but if I do I will call them first.

Avoid!! Gave deposit on a transmission about 4 months ago, never delivered the part, never really got any calls about it, it was mostly me having to call them. Asked for my $700 deposit back over 3 weeks ago, still havent received it - going to have to take them to small claims court over it.

Very bad service. I came in to buy a throttle actuator for my BMW. They gave me a bad part, so I returned it they exchanged it out no problem for an even worse functioning part. They claimed they test all their parts. Yea right! These guys are garbage!

Bought a rear differential for a volvo, took a 2+ weeks to ship and another week to recieve, but they charged the money right away. Matt kept blaming the shipping department and saying how unacceptable that is. finally got my part, and it was the wrong one. matt stated over and over again that the new part is on its way, finally spoke the to gm who says he knows nothing about this and that there is no other order for a new rear diff. asked for a full refund and was told it will take a few weeks. stay away from this yard, you will have nothing but problems. go with b and r auto wrecking or lqk. but i would stay away from this company.

They gave me a damaged part and I have had nothing but trouble getting a refund. Its an hour drive for me and I have had to go in multiple times over the last 3 weeks to try to solve my issues! Euro Auto Recycling was absolutely terrible to work with on the return. had to dispute the charges after several weeks of getting a run around before they would return the engine. terrible experience
