I visited B & J because I had been there previously -- a few year ago. After getting an estimate, I drove directly to another shop, hoping that it wouldnt be lower than B & J causing a dilemma -- (since I was paying out of pocket) do I go with B & J who I trust or the Other Guy, who is cheaper? However, the estimate from the Other Guy came in a nearly twice the estimate that I received from B & J. That made my decision so much easier. Great experience. Very trustworthy.

I brought my car in because some someone backed into me. They did an amazing job. I left after getting my car and thought a tech had left a tool after seeing something fly out the back of my car and put a hole in my tire. They told me to bring in my car and they will check it out. They put it on a lift and showed me where what ever it was i ran over hit and could tell I had bad luck and ran over something right after I got it back. They were all very nice and very professional. I will go back if I need work done on any vehicle in the future since they go above and beyond. The only thing I didnt like was they called me the day my car was ready and not the day before, to let me know it will be ready sometime the next day so I could have made plans to pick it up instead of being stuck at work. It all work out so Im keeping a 5 star rating.

Mark did estimate and made sure all work was perfect. He worked with our insurance well and we were so happy with the finish and repairs. Mark kept us informed as the repairs were being done. Paint matched perfect. We are very pleased with B&J. Thanks for perfection and repairs well done.

My backend has never looked so perfect. Too bad its on my automobile and not my personal self. The staff here is great. They did a thorough inspection before the repair, communicated with me about the progress during the repair and finished on time. Xcellent body shop. Being so particular with my car I Interviewed a few places before I went with B&J. You arent just a number or $$$ to meet a quota here. When dropping of my car, Sal gave me a whole tour of the shop (real nice looking). When my car was being worked on, Sal gave me multiple updates every week. He even used his connections to get me a Chevy bumper at the same price as the aftermarket bumper the insurance wanted to use. Attention to detail is on point, if it doesnt look as good as it could, it wont get put on your car. An example of this was my wheel. It was set up by the insurance to be reconditioned. When it got to the shop the wheel didnt look great. As a result, they simply supplemented a stock wheel. The painter here is absolutely amazing! Perfect color match without any noticeable imperfections. Highly recommended. Hopefully wont be back (dont want to get into another accident), but if I do have to get body work done again I will be going here!

My experience with this shop was hands down the best experience I have had at an auto body shop. Sal was extremely helpful and thoughtful when working through the insurance details and the office staff was always professional and friendly. My car looked beautiful after it was complete, inside and out. I highly recommend this shop!

B&J Body shop did a great job on my Porsche Macan. There was a huge dent on my tailgate and they had to replace the part fully. The person whom we worked with, Mark, was very professional, walked us through the process with insurance clearly and kept us informed of any changes/updates. Their SMS notifications were very helpful in keeping track of any change in estimate and also the expected repair completion date. They had to do a paint job on the new panel and had to do quarter panel blending for the same. We were a little worried on how its gonna turn out, given a luxury car. But when we saw the car after repair, we were totally satisfied with the output. Our car looked good as new. Couldnt spot a thing! Very good paint job! I now know where to go for any future work with my car :)

The Nissan Stealership wanted an absurd amount of money to install the OEM rear trunk spoiler onto my Nissan Maxima. B&J shop did it for a fraction of the cost and did an amazing job. They are locally owned and the owner is an amazing person. I did not have a ride back home after dropping off the car and he offered me a ride home and pick up once the install was done. The quality of their work, price and honesty is unmatched.

They did an excellent job on my car. It looked like new when I picked it up and I was more than pleasantly surprised. Professional, quality, and all around great company I already have and will continue to recommend to people for sure.

I worked with Sal and he had good communication, pride in work, friendly, trustworthy, more than competent experience and professional service which were all appreciated. Their waiting area was very clean, welcoming, and even have coffee and water available. Was well worth the wait for an appointment for the repair. They handle dealing with the insurance company and made sure I had the correct parts for each replacement need. Helped arrange my needed rent-a-car. They even clean and vacuum my vehicle before for my pick up. Stress free experience.

Staff very nice. They are honest and tell you what needs to be done and whats happening with your insurance company. I had an accident and my insurance company gave me a list of 4 places to contact. Looked them up through state Bureau of Automotive Repair and two of them were no longer licensed so chose B&J on my own because I had done business with them in the past and liked them. Not happy about accident but happy to be back with them for the repairs.

Excellent customer service. Sal went over every detail of the work they were going to my car with me and explained everything thoroughly. He even told me I could stop by anytime to see the process of them fixing my car. Great communication as they found more damage to my car after they starting taking it apart and gave me a cal right away to let me know they would need a few extra days to complete it. However, even with the extra damage they found they still got my car finished 2 days earlier than expected and it looks excellent. Everything works as if brand new the paint looks beautiful. Would definitely recommend and if I will always take my cars back here if I need anymore body work done.

Mostly friendly people Ive had a pleasure to do business with in a long time. Final price was exactly what was quoted and they even washed my car, buffed out the other paint on my cars bumper from an accident, and changed out a turn signal bulb that was out. All at no additional cost. Even took the time to drive me back home so I didnt need to call and uber. They went above and beyond my expectations and I recommend them highly to anyone who wants honest and friendly business.

These guys are absolutely awesome. I pulled the bumper half off my car on a parking-lot curb - they fixed it no cost, plus they buffed out some paint exchange on my rear fender AND gave my car a quick wash. All in one day. Plus they were absolutely slammed with business, and still found time to give me a ride to work when I dropped my car off this morning. These guys have my business for as long as I live here. Not sure if it was you guys, the tow truckers who hate me royally, or Dannys automotive on Folsom Blvd but someone installed a whole lotta unwanted electronic unordered ununderstood what the electronics did....I mean a data port in the trunk, what was I a driving printer press mobile?PLUS that like super up 10k electronic gizmo under the passenger seat.I ripped all of that unwanted technology out of the car and the nExt day the public works takes our entire trash can whole.No offense sal***************************************************************** asterisks equals 3rd party data sourceOh well no hard feelings. I go to BJs every time someone slams into my car, at least I did until someone finally totaled my car and it was un-repairable. Now I am a pedestrian but if I had a car I would continue to go to BJs. Everyone is nice, helpful, my rental was always right there waiting for me, and the candy in the bowl is good.

UPDATE: Since posting my reviews of B&J, I was contacted by the owner Sam. He reached out after seeing the review and wanted to rectify the situation for me and my husband. He purchased this business a long time ago and takes a lot of pride in how his shop is run and how his customers are treated. He looked into the situation for us and apologized for what happened and how we were treated. He then offered to refund the whole amount of our transaction AND some. I have to admit, I am blown away the owner reached out to us to make this all right for both himself and for us. I am not a fan of the employees at that particular location BUT I have so much respect and faith in Sam and him correcting that. I feel like Sam went above and BEYOND to get in touch with us and to help us. He didnt have to do either. I am truly touched and would definitely be willing to give B&J another chance (although hopefully just for body work lol). I am a fan of the owner of this company and really believe he wants to do whats right and take care of all of his customers. Its nice to know there are still people out there that genuinely care about their customers and their reputation. Thank you again Sam!!! Truly touched my heart and did WAY MORE than expected :)WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! My car ended up missing one day. We saw a sign at the front of the parking lot with B&J Towing Body Shops info on it. We called B&J. It was a Sunday and their on call person wasnt kind or helpful at all. We then called CHP to see if it had been reported as being towed. They had 2 different departments look into it and neither could find any record of it being towed. They informed us that tow yards have 24 hours to report all cars. We then called B&J again that next day (Monday July 24th) a total of 3 times and every time we were told they did NOT have my car. I talked with a lady that answered the phones both times and was blown away how rude she was and how little she wanted or offered to help. We then file a police report for my car being stolen since CHP had no information regarding it being towed and B&J claimed they didnt have it. We filed the police report on Monday the 24th as well. Then on Tuesday August 1st, we get a call from CHP that my car has been found and is not at B&J Towing. The exact same place we had called the week prior. Again whoever answered the phone was extremely RUDE. Telling us they were in the office and my car wasnt in their system and they didnt want to have to go look outside in the yard. So we called Wednesday August 2nd right when they opened. The lady that answered the phone was short and very snotty. I then asked when my car was towed and found out it was on July 21st. 2 days before we started calling them to find it. I tried asking what happened because CHP had told us they have 24 hours to report it as being towed and I was told 3 separate times they did not have my car. She then told me I was being charged the towing fee and a storage fee for the 13 days theyve had it there. I should not be responsible for any storage fees when I tried calling and was told they didnt have it. I finally got them to waive almost all of the storage fees. My husband then goes to pick up the vehicle and starts asking questions to find out what happened? The employee than TOLD him it was a clerical error and that they didnt file the forms with CHP when they were supposed to. The papers got filed just like the day before CHP called us. Which is illegal!!!! He then told my husband they entered the model of the car into their system incorrectly. Then when my husband starting asking more questions like if thats how they work all the time and if thats ok, the man that was helping him started slamming doors in his face and being extremely rude. I am SO appalled and disappointed in how we were treated. I understand they towed my car due to whatever reason, thats not on them. My issue is them not following the LAW and doing what is required of them and the HORRIBLE and CRAPPY attitudes and customer service by everyone we dealt with.

I am always amazed at the service I recieve from B&J Body Repair. Ive worked in Rancho for nearly 15 years, and just stumbled in many years ago for damage I recieved on my truck. Ever since then, all of my repairs and recommendations go to B&J. Just today my girlfreind scrapped her car on the garage door frame, ruined her day. I swiftly took the car to B&J and John had it buffed out, indicated whats required for repair and I was on my way. If I ever move from the Sacramento area, I will continue to use this company. They Rock!!
