These guys have been really great to me so far in this process. My insurance company has tried to cut every corner imaginable and made the experience pretty frustrating, but in stark contrast the staff here at Pacific Coast Collision have done everything they can to improve the experience. They spent a lot of extra time and effort requesting price matches from various vendors so that they could replace the parts on my 2020 Challenger with OEM parts when the insurance wanted to slap aftermarket parts on a car that isnt even a year old. Pacific Coast Collision has been a bright light in all this, eager to help, super responsive and truly understanding and caring with me and my vehicle. They were quick to make any additional adjustments if things were off at all. This is still ongoing but I wanted to give them a solid shout out. Thank you to Tony for figuring out what was needed and pricing it all out and a very special thank you to Mike who has been absolutely amazing and continues to be as we sort through an insurance nightmare.*Ill be adding more praise I am sure when this process is concluded. They did a great job replacing my bumper after being rear ended. Even went the extra mile and found the same aftermarket mudflaps I had on my vehicle, replaced the damaged ones in the rear, and gave me two brand new ones for the front - None of which they had to do.

Went with my better half, they got her a claim adjuster and authorized payment to get her car fixed.

This place is fantastic. Very professional. Nice lobby stocked with snacks to wait in while the prepare your estimate. They got me right in at my appointment time and 30 minutes later they sat down with me and went over the information very clearly. Very nice and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable.

Guys go above and beyond here. My car looks beautiful and they helped me pin point a problem my car was having not related to my accident. I recommend 100%!!!!!!

They left my car looking like nothing happened after an accident. They also worked with the insurance so I did not have to do a lot. Their service is great and they definitely go above and beyond. They polish the headlights of my car for free! Now they dont look yellow anymore.

Dave and Eddie are the best! This job was out of my own pocket and Dave worked worked out a very reasonable estimate and went the extra mile for me. Just got my car back from them, in less time than estimated, and it looks practically brand new again! They also cleaned and washed it. This shop was fabulous!
