I have a 1994 Lexus LS400 that I have owned since 2000. I love this car and have no interest in selling it even though I get several offers every year. Over time, several areas of the cars paint had become dull and faded and there were a couple of dents and dings (including one on the hood.KKCollision had done some work on a friends car and he suggested I take my car in for an estimate. The owner wrote the estimate himself and was very detail-oriented.I was paying for the work myself since my insurance company wasnt involved but the price was reasonable and they had done a good job on my friends car.When I got my car back, I was really pleased with the results. The dings and dents were completely gone, like they were never there. The paint job, including the color-matching, was like new. I couldnt ask for a better outcome! I never thought I would leave 5 stars for a body shop, especially after previous bad experiences, but Carlos and his team at K&K really restored my faith in this industry. Carlos was a true professional and really accessible. He also provided me regular updates and was always 100% straightforward and honest. Most importantly, Carlos really believes in customer service and really went out of his way to locate parts I needed.I would strongly recommend this shop.
I bought a 1997 RAV4, and wanted it painted. This shop did a FANTASTIC job, and matched the color I wanted, which wasnt a standard auto color. My car looks new, and I love it! They took it completely apart and painted the inside of the doors, too! Not a speck of that awful red it was initially for me to see. The people there are friendly, conscientious, and competent. I highly recommend them!

I have been there 2 times because so close to my business.First he got all information and said he will let me know. After a week, I went to check status of process. Hecsaid he couldn’t get anything from my insurance, 2 more weeks samething. I took the truck rehorn collision. They fixed in 4 days.Second time I went there again, this time I will pay cash,still same no answer no any luck.
Carlos gives the best in personal service. Above and beyond care for my Lexus. GX. Excellent value, sent me pictures of the progress. Personal service is exceptional.
I’ve been coming to Carlos for my car repairs for several years and he always does excellent work. I won’t go anywhere else. He’s always fair, friendly and I highly recommend him for auto body repairs.
Very friendly and great service. They replaced my bumper and matched the paint perfectly. I couldnt be happier with the staff and the job they did on my car. I will definitely go back to them if I need future body work done.
The owner promptly refused to give me a quote on a necessary repair on my car, stating whats in it for me? and youre just going to collect a check, why should I waste my time?What I decide to do with my quote is my own business; he should either do the quote to network or just simply state that he doesnt do quotes, not assume my intentions from the quality of my car. He needs to retire or close shop. He talks to potential customers like hes the customer.
Took my wifes 2008 jeep grand cherokee into John at KK he was nice up front new my wife from the past promised it would be done in the week of coarse that ended up being 2 1/2 weeks no big deal got the jeep back finally on the way home it was screaming really loud i checked fluid noticed they didnt put any power steering fluid in it at all also the paint job was very shabby it had this over layer everywhere i had to have the dealer ship buff it out anyways none of this is what made me write this review i owed john 500.00 which he told me when i picked up car not to worry about it that he would contact me and a payment plan wouldnt be a problem thought we had a good understanding anyways john took it upon himself to send me a letter i never received he never once tried to call or text me after i tried him 2 times as a business owner my self if someone owes me money i at least give them a courtesy call were john went wrong was going to other people and telling them that i havent paid him and lying and saying hes tried to contact me numerous times which he hasnt besides the crappy job on my car i have no problem whats so ever paying john even after he blurts out my personal business to other people. id beware of this Collision center John doesnt do good business and chances are that he is half way toasted when he tells you something so he doesnt even remember !
The three bad reviews on here do not reflect ANY bad service. The review from 2009 was NOT A CUSTOMER!! In fact, I have never even known who the individual is.The review from Dave R about his wifes car was written 6 months after the repair when I tried in vain to collect the money that he owed me. He threatened to BLOW ME UP on the intranet and I have the recording of his threats. The young man who wanted to use me to collect money and not repair his car I ask, what would you do if someone wanted to use you and waste your time just to collect money to put in their pocket?
