Had 3 wheels listed with picture. Spoke to saleperson over whole got company information and wanted to rum the card. Once I showed up and waited for about 30 mins for their guy to pull the wheel. It never existed. Poor customer service.

They didnt have the part I was after.However, they took the time to actually go look to be sure before recomending another yard. Most these days send you packing unless you are looking for expensive stuff. Not these guys. You have a ford truck... Check here first!

Great price on a 02 rear axle assembly for f-250. Only problem is that I was told the price over the phone by David. When I got there, they said there is no David working there. Ha Ha, funny guy........he just wanted to be sure he didnt owe ME any money. They are both very nice guys.

Called to inquire about a part. Was told it was there and available even given a price. Drove 1/2 hour to get there only to find out the part was never there. Dont trust these guys, they do not check stock and will waste your time. In addition there prices are high compared to other wreckers in the same area.

In early 2020 I needed to replace the engine in my 2012 Ford Focus, 5 Speed Manual Transmission SE Sedan. I searched the internet and found LKQ on Ebay had the best price with an OK reputation. Before I purchased an engine from a company thousands of miles away, I decided to check local wrecking yards. I found All Ford Auto Wrecking about 100 miles away and gave them a call. David answered and after I explained my internet search, he offered to match LKQ! I drove out to All Ford and David had one of his Great Mechanics pull my new used engine out and get it ready for a compression check so that I can see for myself what I was getting. Compression in this low mileage 2.0L Focus engine was over 200 PSI in all 4 cylinders due to the 12 to 1 compression ratio of the stock Focus engine. I installed the engine as is plus new plugs, oil, filter and belts. It fired up on the first twist of the key! It passed smog and that same week I drove it over 1000 miles to Oregon and back and It ran better than when it was new! Thank You to everybody at All Ford Auto Wrecking! Chris Dutcher.

Ordered a transfer case for my 96 Explorer on Friday 1/17/20, to be delivered to Chico to the shop that its sitting at. At this point its undrivable. I was told it would be pulled on Tues 1/21 and probably delivered on Wed 1/22. The shop still didnt have it by Thu 1/23. I called early Thu afternoon and they had to research (?) what was going on with this part. I had to call back late Thu afternoon before they closed, and was told they put an email in to their Redding yard(I thought they were in Rancho Cordova) and they had yet to hear back. I had to call again today, Fri morning (1/24...a week gone by since ordering), and they(the Redding facility) were going to pull the part today and it will hopefully be at the shop on Monday 1/27. I went with All Ford in Rancho Cordova because I thought it would be good to support a local-ish NorCal business. Im thinking maybe I should have gone with LKQ. The least All Ford could do is eat the transport charges... I can only hope the transfer case will be in good condition, they had better do a good inspection. Once the shop that has my Explorer gets it and installs it, I may amend this review with more stars....or less. Well see.

I went there with a problem with my head lights. The agent went out to my car to identified the problem. I am handicap and cannot do much as far as maintenance is concerned . He not only got the part but he installed it and the price was very reasonable. He was extremely helpful. Im forever thankful to ALL FORD AUTO.

This guys are so bad they said something dont do it I have to weeks call and call for transmission they said have but never delivery

Called about a backing plate for my mustang and was qouted $25 and tells to come down. And when i get there story changes, telling me was a miss understanding and wasnt sure what i was talking about and tells me cant take it offto cheap, so i left and drive back home a 30 min drive., would recommend going there they will tell you something on t he phone and something else when you get there they dont know anything about parts, rip off place

Came in to buy parts. The guy promised to have them ready, they werent. Waited and hour for them. He promised to deliver them for free. Delivered the parts without a part and then called and said that his boss doesnt want to include that with that he sold me. Lies on lies.
