Reviewing from the Netherlands; if it were possible to rate more stars, we definitely would have!!! In our case, Vics service can only be described as perfect and unbelievably honest! And since we live on a different continent I cannot imagine the service to be any less for people who are actually able to visit his business in person and see the cars they buy beforehand. We can only, to the fullest, recommend Capitol One Autodismantlers/motors!Our story:Last year we bought a 2010 BMW M3 convertible from Vic/Capital One, which was advertised online as having water damage but motorically functioning. The car had a Californian non repairable vehicle certificate. As we live in EU, it was not possible for us to check the car physically on site.Vic was more than helpful with answering any questions, or requests of videos of the motor running (often in the middle of his night due to the time difference!!! :) Again, many thanks for your patience Vic!).Although it was still very exiting to have the car imported, and to be able to see the cars state in person, after a few months when it arrived @ our local harbor, it proved to be even better than expected!When the car was submitted to the harshest tests by the Dutch DMV, even the inspectors admired the car (with a slight jealousy :) ) and couldnt understand how it was possible to get this amazing car, in this perfect state, bought for such a low amount, imported to the Netherlands - which speaks for itself in our opinion :D.Furthermore, when we made an unfortunate mistake in transferring the payment -by transferring euros instead of dollars and thereby transferring too much money- the excess was paid back immediately by Vic and Tatiana without any hesitation or troubles!I think it is impossible to establish more trust on our side, than Vic and Tatiana have done by aforementioned. The huge distance would have made it very easy to gain dishonest advantage, but the opposite has happened.Therefore, we want to give a heartfelt thumbs-up to Vic, Tatiana and Capital One!!Unbelievable and over-excellent service!!!!Lots of greetings from Holland!

Vic has been very detailed about the questions i have asked him. I relied on his information to purchase two 2014 SLK Mercedes at different times. I drove out from Mississippi and picked up both without any issues and my money transferred and all the paper work was in order. No problem. Before i purchased from him i did a background history before his new business name and it was proved to be accurate. The vehicles had significant damages as depicted in the pictures-there were many, also the vehicles did not have any functioning mechanical problems to date! Happy to purchase from him again. Was excellent for my purchase, but when I needed further info to get the car registered per state, no one would ever respond or answer phone.

I purchased an RV from this company several months ago, although had damage as expected, I was assured that all other items were functioning, as I was out of the country the coach remained with Capital One until I flew in a picked it up, this was kind. However so many items were not working in the coach, and at the last minute when I went to pick up the coach the entry step failed. They left me with no functioning step, they stated that they would pay for a replacement part which that did not happen, they also provided falsified VIN verification docs and when I started to ask about this they simple started to ignore me, and since have not received any further responses to my texts and tel calls. I would recommend that you go elsewhere and do not deal with this company.

The worked fast to show me everything, told me details on all vehicles I asked about, gave me a good deal sent the paperwork fast and efficiently. All extremely friendly, I left satisfied.

One star is one star too many. You cant even count on the parts on the car being originals or working They took a nice car that had been wrecked and took out the good engine and took off all of the expensive nice parts then shoveled a bunch of junk under the hood and didnt even both to connect anything. I have also filed a complaint with the state and with the FBI and apparently they have a very thick file already

Alex said the car was great and only needed front bumper and few other COSMETIC details. After the car was delivered it appeared to be JUNK. ripped tires, damaged wheels, missing A/C, blown seat belts, missing and loose suspension parts and a lot of other hidden.Would not return e-mails or phone calls. The case was passed on to the FBI for investigation.BEWARE

No one even answers when u call smh.
