Best call I ever made! Service was fantastic. Dealt with Cory regarding a transfer case for my 2013 GL450 and his communication was clear and prompt. My rating may have started out with perfect timing and availability of the part that I was desperately searching for, but the other 4 Stars is for the great experience, fast shipping, and communication! The part came well packaged (which Im sure the FedEx driver appreciated as much as I did!!!!). If I ever need a luxury part again, Im checking with these guys 1st ! Jon Jones of Oregon

CROOKS!!!! BE WARE!!!! I ordered a door lock pump for a SL500 and when I received it it had been opened and was full of water and rust. They where unable to locate another pump and agreed to refund my money. I thought very nice of them. What they didnt tell me was they where going to charge me for shipping a bad part and deducted $20. VERY RUDE AND UN PROFESSIONAL.

Ordered steering knuckle for my Audi. Part looked fine. But the shop couldnt perform the alignment. When I called George regarding the issue, he was professional and sent me out another knuckle. Rushed it out next day air freight! Wow! Excellent customer service!

Have had the absolutely worse service from this place. I received the part I ordered damaged. Paid $775 for it and it was broke then I call and get the run around for two weeks from Steve since the owner George is out. Never given a call back with an update on replacement part so I order a new one elsewhere. Finally when George comes back he is un willing to rectify the situation at all. He tells me knew the replacement was ordered and on its way like someone would really pay that much twice just because. Then when he didnt get the response he wanted he hung up on me. Really wish I would have read reviews before giving them money. Be wear even if he doesnt have replacement part they will make you wait till its convenient for them you will get no money or part if they dont have it. Take it from me you are better off looking elsewhere!!!

Good place to shop for parts

I this place high marks for helping me to source a hard to find part. They were more than professional in letting me know of another auto house, which did have what I needed. Thanks for taking the time to help, and I wouldn’t hesitate to send my business your way.

BUYER BE WARE!!! Spent three months going back and forth with them over an 04 audi allroad automatic transmission. First one had a bad bearing, second had no reverse and the third had a very harsh shift into reverse. Ill give it to them that they stood behind their PARTS (not money back) warranty until I pressed the issue on the third transmission. George and Corey were very accommodating at first but over 50 phone calls never got one returned and had to push every step of the way. I would not and will not be buying from them again. BUYER BE WARE

Somehow they deleted my previous review. Which further confirms my suspicion of the very extremely poor business practice. Came here originally to purchase a part that most of the other shops were out of stock, they were about 50% more than 3 surrounding shops on the same part. The desk representatives have some pretty pathetic customer service skills, not surprised seeing all of the other negative reviews. Hopefully the manager reads some customer opinions, might help the business. Come here as a last resort.

They sold me 2 bad engines in a row. Then they wanted to charge me 20% restocking fee on 2 bad engines! They said they could give me a 3rd engine and they would give me a labor warranty on the engine if it fails. I asked for the warranty in writing and they wouldnt do that..That being said I bought this engine through another company and the first one I got for LKQ had absolutely no problems, go figure. I am still out 1000s to these crooks. They would refund the money with a 20% restocking fee....WHO RESTOCKS BAD PARTS????

This company sold me broken parts so if you are a female and youre coming up here to look for parts and you dont know what they look like make sure you bring someone because they do not care they do not refund you your money back even though they sold you broken parts in this is literally my third time coming up here so frustrated definitely wont be coming back
