A bit of a disappointment. Less choices on display than I was expecting. Much of what I saw appeared to be high end.

There very professional and have an uptodate show room to choose your fixtures. The sales team is very helpful.

How wrong I was!A contractor introduced me to Premier Kitchen and Bath. Marcie, Nick and Jordan are exceptional in their knowledge and service. Super responsive when issues arise and someone always answers the phone immediately when you call. No long hold times!Their product selection is excellent as well.

Experience is far from premier. High turnover, inexperienced people, and inability to solve problems. I was advised to go here because buying online is not as reliable turns out everything I bought online worked out great. The$5k I spent here was nothing but a pain. Wont ever go back. Its costing me the same price in delays to the project.

Terrible service. We have been waiting for all materials 2 month, and its not a special order. Nobody knew ETA and where it is. For that price you better go to ferguson. First and last time working with them

My husband & I returned to see Corey a couple of weeks after our initial consultation. We ordered all of our kitchen appliances and it was so easy.To backtrack, during our first visit with Corey, we chose all of the kitchen appliances we wanted/needed and Corey added them to his computer until it was time to order them.We scheduled our second appointment with Corey to purchase the appliances. Since he had themin his system, it was very easy. He gave us good prices, plus our refrigerator was hundreds of dollars less than Lowes!Corey is even storing the appliances until our kitchen remodeling company is ready for them. He also gave us copies of the appliance pictures, model numbers and specs that the construction company requires.Thank you, Corey for making this process the most stress free of our remodeling process. You were very kind, Considerate, professional and knowledgeable.Update 3/30/18-we decided to have our mainBathroom remodeled, so we scheduled an appointment with Corey. We looked at all of their fixtures and stuff for the bathroom and, aswith our kitchen, found exactly what we wanted. Corey was impressive with his grand knowledge of all things bath and kitchen, so we ordered the beautiful fixtures. They came in quicker than anticipated and the quality is astounding. But that is what Premium Bath and Kitchen offers. We went to other bath & kitchen places in Sacramento just to see that the completion had, but we left disappointed. We will always return to Premium Bath & Kitchen. Lastly, my recommendation is to make an appointment with them. They seem to have become very popular and in demand, so dont be disappointed if no one comes to help you. They are with other customers. Otherwise, they will greet and assist you.😊

AVOID! Bait and switch con artists. Went in and we were happy with the service and quote we received. Went home to measure to make sure the tub would fit. When we came back to place our order the SAME salesperson now doubled the price of the tub we had a quote for and tried to sell us an inferior one that was still more than our original quote.If you get a quote from them make sure you get a professional printed quote signed by the salesperson.

I needed shower hardware for our upgraded master bath. I walked into PBK and Jordan helped guide me through the myriad of choices. It can be really overwhelming, looking at so many options. Jordan was spot on with his advice, followed through with phone and communication about our order, and also recommended a plumber to get the new drain in the master going. His plumber recommendation accommodated us within 2 days around the Christmas holiday, and did a great job. As a followup, when our tile installer misunderstood the CA faucets drain trim, and broke it, Jay was able to contact someone, and that someone mailed us a new one inside of 2 days, FREE. When we needed a new felt insulation ring around the universal valve (due to firing the tile installation guy and having to rip everything out and start new) Another sales person at PBK went to the back, pulled a new one out of a box they had, and was willing to give that one to me; waiting for the company to replace theirs, rather than making our project wait. The customer service at this PBK is unmatched. I cant recommend them enough, and know where I will go in the future for help.

I walked into this store and not once did I get acknowledged. In fact when I stepped back into earshot of a male and female salesperson they both looked at me and began to continue their conversation under their breath. Again i was not asked if i needed any assistance. A business like this doesnt deserve my money. And to think I was thinking of buying a jetted tub from them...not anymore.

I have had absolutely stellar service from Corey Benham at PBK in Rancho Cordova. He is knowledgable (and what he doesnt know, he takes the trouble to find out), accommodating (no false promises and has worked very hard to follow through with details of the sale and delivery), and professional in every regard. I purchased a range that arrived the day before Thanksgiving and ended up needing service immediately. Corey was right on top of contacting the factory rep and making all arrangements for service. He has followed up with me at every step and through a number of product issues (manufacturer problems, not PBK responsibility). Having recently had many interactions with salespersons, contractors and service people, because of a couple of house remodels and purchase of a new home, Corey stands out to me as a consummate professional and genuinely great guy to do business with. BTW, I love my new Thor 36 gas range !

This is a place you dont let your wife Rin loose in its a dream waiting to happen.
