I bought a strom faucet 20 years ago and needed a replacement handle. I sent a photo of the faucet and the original invoice showing the model to strom. The faucet was discontinued but they said they had a comparable model and told me which part to buy. I bought the part from a distributor because it had a lower price. The part didn’t fit and strom is refusing to issue a full refund to the distributor. I’m pretty upset that there is no part for my $500 faucet but also upset I wasted $100 on handles that don’t fit. I can’t believe this company has no integrity. I spent $1000s with them when I remodeled my bathrooms. Now apparently I need a whole faucet because one small part got loose and fell down the drain. Reputable faucet companies have lifetime guarantees. So disappointing.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I ordered an entire set of plumbing parts for my vintage sink and clawfoot bathtub. Spent many $$ (more than I should have probably), but made a HUGE mistake in my order. Practically wept, and planned to start over with less expensive (and less beautiful) pieces from a lesser brand. But Strom went out of their way - way out of their way - to work it out and make it right for me, and it is going to be exactly as beautiful as I imagined it!

We ordered a bathroom shower through a local plumbing vendor. The box arrived missing several key pieces and the mounting hardware. I made the plumbing vendor aware immediately. And I made Strom aware as well. After5 business days, we have been told through the plumbing vendor in 3 more business days they will mail the rest of the shower. It was their omission and they won’t overnight what is missing? And they never responded to me. Quality of the product seems very good but service is awful especially considering the cost.

Ordered supply stops Oct. 7 2020. When received they had sent the wrong stops. It took several weeks just for them to get back with me and when they did they wanted me to return the wrong stops they sent before they would send the correct stops I had ordered. The wrong stops were sent back last Monday Nov. 16 2020. I have not received the correct stops an of this writting NOv. 24 2020 or received an email that they have been shipped.Beware of this store. The only reason I am giving one star is because it will not let me post unless I do. I give it a NEGATIVE STAR
