Tyler was amazing, we told him everything we wanted in a mattress and got it right on the first suggestion. He worked with us on their bundle deals to get exactly the pillows, mattress protector, etc. that we wanted for the best deal. Tyler could tell us the tiny details and differences in every mattress and pillow we looked at. Knowledge, friendly, patient, and not too pushy - 5 stars!

This is the worst experience ever! First time buying a mattress and my bed still hasn’t come .The manager sold me a mattress, told me to clear out space for the new bed that was supposed to come the next day. The delivery was expected 4pm -9pm the next day. We cleared the space and waited…..and waited…and waited! I call three times and finally a representative informs me my mattress was removed from the delivery order and that they could get my delivery to us in another 2 days !!! My wife’s 37 weeks pregnant and now have no mattress for 3 days because the manager told us to make room room for the new mattress !!!!Accidents happen but this is just poor service . I hope the bed is good

Easily the worst customer service I have ever had. The complete disconnect between the store and the customer was a nightmare. Sent messages saying that my delivery was scheduled for one day only for a chat representative to tell me that it wouldnt be coming for several days later. Also not they scheduled our old mattress to be picked up that day also and never delivered a new one for our family to sleep on. Dont expect any one to pick up the phone either they dont have over the phone customer service only text chat with little help other than repeating a cut and paste statement.

Me & wife had a great experience in shopping for a mattress that would be our comfort of sleep for the next 10-15 years. The experienced gentleman there helped us with a lot of information on beds. Offered us the best deals possible from the start. The patience & willingness to serve us was top notch. Gave us a steal on one of the there top knotch beds. Got some awesome pillows to go with it. I went to Mattress Firm to find a better mattress for my disabled husbands hospital bed. I needed a firm one that could adjust at the head and feet. I took my chances picking one out without him and i got it on clearance at half off which meant i couldnt return it if he didnt like it. We got it delivered the same day and i put in on his bed. When he got into bed right away he was so happy and so comfortable for the first time since he had to have a hospital bed. He fell asleep right away and slept good finally. Im really happy with Mattress Firm and the comfort and price for the mattress. Thank you Tyler for all your efforts in helping me find the right bed at the right price.

What a fantastic experience. Tyler had us at “Tomorrow”—meaning the mattress could be delivered right away. Then he beat that and scheduled it for same day delivery!!! There was no hard sell or pushing us toward more expensive models. We visited a competing store earlier today and had the exact opposite experience. I cant say enough good things about this place and the experience we had. Eldridge Cisco was our sales guy and he was epic. Gave us all the info we wanted and then some. Demonstrated everything and anything we wanted and showed us a bunch of things we didnt even know existed. I would have bought everything he showed me if I couldve as it was tailored so well to our actual needs. I did however buy a mattress and a frame and some of the dopest pillows Ive ever rested my head on. Thank you Mattress Firm, thank you Eldridge. As a first-time home buyer and a recent fire victim from my previous residence burning down in the LNU Complex Fire, I had a million questions about mattresses. At Mattress Firm Eldridge is very helpful, knowledgeable, informational, professional and just a decent nice guy... he listened to all of our questions and concerns... and answered ones we didnt even think of... he gave us all the formation about the delivery and even a website to track the trucks progress the day it is going to be delivered...We had an issue with the mattress we got which was totally our fault and he even worked with us and helped us out with that to our satisfaction. Id recommend this store to my friends.

I called asking about how to file a warranty claim. Being new and just out of training, J.D. didn’t know the answer off the top of his head, but he took my number and promised to find out and call me back. Within five minutes he had provided me with all the information I needed. J.D was friendly, professional, and timely in assisting me. Another solid customer experience at Mattress Firm!
