On our first visit, Dale was extremely informative, sincere, non-pressuring, and thorough, even when we didnt buy. I appreciated him sharing his own personal experiences with the brands/mattresses. When we were in the area of other Mattress Firms/mattress stores and wanted to retest some particular items, we found other salespeople did not have the level of patience, warmth, and helpfulness as him. Coming back several months later, we found his salesmanship to be as consistent as the first time we met him, and happily ordered our mattress through him. He was constantly sanitizing and cleaning anything we or he touched, so we felt very comfortable purchasing during this pandemic. Went to Mattress Firm in Rancho Cordova on Tributary Ln. My wife and I were greeted by Dale Crawford, very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We were looking for either a California King or Standard King size mattress. Dale showed us multiple mattress and the differences between them. We ended up getting a Standard King with an adjustable base and ended up saving almost $1,000 due to the Labor Day sale that was going on. I am very thankful to Dale and will use Mattress Firm in the future for my mattress needs.

Clean, safe, there is a sanitation station right at the door and disposable masks if you do not have one. Masks worn by all. Dale, the sales manager was very knowledgeable and low pressure. We were able to tryout different mattresses to get an idea of what we wanted. Firm, Medium, Plush are just guidelines and differ from manufacturer and technology (conventional, foam, hybrid, etc.). I felt we were able to make a much more educated choice than just reading reviews and rolling the dice on purchasing a mattress online. A good experience.

We didn’t know exactly what we needed but knew our 5-year old Temper-pedic frame and mattress was falling apart! So he listened and figured out what happened and setup the Platinum service delivery team to come out the NEXT DAY!!(Unheard of getting service so quickly!)Mr Wright explained every option to resolve a complicated situation and took it upon himself to get the help we needed.The Temper-pedic frame and mattresses were not at fault!!! We had new carpet installed and the installers moved the frame/mattresses however, they didn’t know the proper re-installation method. So, long story short the frames kept separating further apart—resulting in the mattresses sliding off frames. Well, we are 71 & 76 years old and couldn’t figure it out. Today we went to the Tributary Lane location and met with Jerry. We had to warranty our mattress for the first time ever. We have been customers over ten years now. We went in with our warranty letter and explained what was wrong with our bed and what we were looking for. Jerry was sooooo helpful, he explained the defect with our bed and why they no longer sell it, and saw returns with the same issue. He pointed us to the bed he thought we would like. My husband and I fell in love in seconds. Our warranty visit was an entire 18 minutes!!! In and out is an understatement. Jerry was knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. A few weeks ago, we went the American Furniture store to find a bed. However, after spending 30 mins there we didnt find anything.On the way out, we passed Mattress Firm. Due to our prior experiences at other Mattress Firm locations, we were hesitant. But since we were in the area, we turned the car around and gave it a shot.When we walked in, we had no idea what we were looking for. But when Melissa greeted us with her wonderful home-like, bubbly personality, we were getting an idea by the many questions she was asking. She then gave us all the time and space we needed. We really loved the fact we werent followed and pressured to buy anything like our prior experiences.Melissa knew a lot about the products we were interested in. After an hour we left and she was completely fine with it.My husband and I tend to rate the customer service and put our entire experience into consideration before we come to buy anything.Since we loved our experience so much, we came all the back from mid-town to consider it for the second time. Excellent experience here. Dale Crawford was our salesman and worked w/ me on the delivery cost in light of my years as a customer of Sleep Train then Mattress Firm. He was also easy to reach after Memorial Day to confirm the delivery date (they were initially out of our mattress in their warehouse). Once the mattress was available, the delivery guys notified me of a 2 hour window the night before and arrived 10 minutes after the start of that window. Our daughter is very happy w/ her new bed.

Jesse was awesome! So helpful and helped us out with trying multiple mattresses for our son who is getting his big boy bed. We had ordered one from another company and it went from being available in one week to 3 weeks. We had to cancel the order and were near this location so decided to stop in. Sometimes things are meant to be because we were able to find a good mattress that our son liked and not only did Jesse give us a great deal, he also was able to get it delivered next day.
