The way I found this dealership was strange since I had gone to the area for a different dealer, but Im glad I did because the other dealerships in area did not feel the same. Worse place to buy a quality car. The cars are really nice but be careful because the owner will not stand behind his own vehicles. They will sell you extended warranties that wont cover the engine even if you only had the car less than one month and less than 2000 miles. I had an amazing experience purchasing a car over the internet from Prestige Auto. It couldnt have been easier. James Apple, my salesperson went above and beyond. He sent me close up photos, video walk-arounds, and even took the time to Facetime a walk around with closeups of everything I wanted a closer look at. He also test drove the vehicle and made notes of specific issues I was concerned about. I told them I wanted to buy it, they drew up the contracts, overnight-ed them to me. I signed them, and had them notarized by my bank, and returned them along with a Cashiers Check. We flew out a couple days later, and had zero surprises when they handed us the keys and we climbed into our new car. It was exactly as we had expected it to be, because James had made sure he gave us every detail. Despite being six states away, the transaction couldnt have gone smoother if they were down the street. I would have zero concerns about buying another car from Prestige Auto. This is probably the best used car dealership in Sacramento. I had an awesome experience buying my first car here 2 years ago. Other than regular maintenance the car has not yet given me any issues. I just bought my second car here after my tax return came in. The customer service is incredible and the cars are even better.
