Great customer service and large professional staff

Pretty good service with accurate diagnosis as opposed to other local shops that want to throw parts (and invoices) at a vehicle until it works. Worth the money to get it fixed right the first time with OE parts and get that rig back on the road making money.

Hands down great Fleet repair place 10/10

I have a 2017 Ford F150 I took it in at 55,000miles to the Folsom lake fleet center under warranty because I had a knock in the engine. They ended up replacing the engine block which took 2 months during our busy season. They failed to properly fill the transmission fluid and now at 85,000miles 1 year later (out of warranty) my transmission is toast. They are only willing to cover a small portion of the repairs cost and so essentially over $5200 they are going to loose my reoccurring business forever.

The best fleet shop around. They really take care of your vehicle. And there techs are super knowledgeable.

My wife got the runaround on a noise she was hearing. Multiple trips for oil change and telling them about the noise. They kicked the can down the road again and again. Even after an employee heard the noise with her while she was driving. Nothing came of it. Then a coworker of hers had the same issue, which she heard while in the coworkers truck. Same noise and the exact same year vehicle. When pointing that out to the Manager, he claimed that wasnt the problem. Warranty is now up on the vehicle and Im kicking myself for not taking it elsewhere sooner. If it was up to me, I wouldnt go back. Thanks Richard Head, Service Manager

Would recommend to all. Just bear in mind that they are a fleet service shop and very busy. Brad, the service writer was professional, and Paulie did a great job with our brake job.

Awsome guys over here at the fleet department fixed my issues and only charged me the diagnostics fee. If you have a ford diesel take it here.

Great customer service

These guys are completely incompetent. They take forever to fix your car, and then its not even done right. Seriously, avoid this place.
