I still like this place. They were one of the last ampms that still had whipped cream for coffee.Its gone now, however :(
Worst customer service experience of my life!Ive given them several chances to proof me wrong, very unpleasant, unprofessional people. Disgusting bathrooms, and half the staff wears their masks around their chin not covering their face!
I love this ampm, the 1 at 3099 sunrise is horrible they dont honir their coupons on the phone app like this place. I would drive the extra few blocks to this 4000 sunrise Blvd over the other 1. They always honored their coupons and their customer service is great. Even better then even the one on zinfandel.
The employees are unprofessional one of them use racial profiling language and the manager didnt do anything about it.
Bad customer service. For some reason, theyre credit card reader is always down so I had wasted a lot of time going there pick my coffee and other stuff just for my card to get declined. Plus, they make it seem like it doesnt happen and make people feel that their card is the problem. Other time,they didnt have change so I ended up donating them my change. They also wont allow you to have a dollar worth of quarters for change even if youd use it to use their vacuum.
The ampm gas stations that I visit on a regular basis usually have pretty nice and helpful employees. .
This place is odd. Whenever I go here it seems something is wrong. Today, all of their pumps were closed. Thats kind of why I went to a gas station...Its kind of new so I always chalked it up to new management. Well, that was a while ago so that excuse is out. Maybe Im bad luck. I really dont know.
Happy to have a gas station near my house and with the cheapest gas around, too! They have a drive through car wash which is decent and lots of convenience store goodies inside with all the standard fare. Also sell lotto. Looks like they just started accepting credit cards too. Been cash or ATM cards up to this point... honestly havent tried a credit card yet though.
Horrible customer service. I stood in line to pay for my slurpees and the register (Sarah) girl told me once she took my money that I have to wait till she is done with the customers... I waited and after several minutes I noticed that the line was never going to end. So I ask again if Im able to get my stuff, she rudely replied, I told you you will get them when Im done being a register. Their was one additional person in the back cooking? I asked why can she assist me, she responded because her job is to cook not to attend customers with slurpees. Long story short, this place is quick to take your money, after that you become just another receipt or a number, not a customer any longer. I will never come back here and spend one more penny. I rather drive 2 miles down to the next am pm store where I am treated with respect and not a number/receipt to them!!
Very bad customer service. It seems like the employees do not care about the customers at all they act as if they are forced to be there and do not like their jobs.
ABSOLUTELY Terrible customer service. Waited in line in the car wash for 20 Minutes only to find out that my bank card (or any other card I tried) Could not be processed at this time due to a network error. Could not get my car wash, so I went in to talk to the clerk to aware her of the situation and all I got was a snotty response that indicated she really didnt care and that it was working fine. She blew me off as I was wasting her time.
Terrible customer experience. Temporarily disabled, tried to get help for 30 minutes per their instructions: display placard, honk horn 3 times, tried intercom... even tried to flag down someone who came outside to help someone else... will not stop here again.
Not the best 1st review, and don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the usual convenience, but after 3 times with these early morning incidents; it was time to address the issue.I’m not one to complain, nor am I ever one to leave comments, but this is ridiculous. This morning Monday, March 12th is the 3rd time the AMPM has been closed in the morning when I leave for work. Times have varied but all three incidents have occurred between 3:30 am and 5 am. After the first time, I specifically went inside the store days later and asked the clerks at the front counter, and they both kinda chuckled and said that of course they are supposed to be open at those times, that’s what makes it an AMPM! Again, not one to complain, I spent 12 years in the Army and I know how to take things with a grain of salt... but when it affects how I plan my mornings, and the convenience factor of relying on and supporting a local business it’s pretty sad that they can’t even be present for times in which they should be open. I’ll get off my soap box, I just wish this issue can get looked at because I know several other customers who were also affected by this issue, and it’s just the principle behind the matter- be present for work hours in which you label your business will be open.Respectfully.
