The customer service person, lied and acted robotic akin to a sewing machine. Store policy? once its out the door,all returns are void. The clerk that bagged my items, REFUSED to exchange them. He acted rude and degrading, adheringpolicy leaving me, (customer for three decades) feeling robbed. Judging by his unshakable demeanor, this incident was RECORDED and RETRIEVABLE....This review is also public record of the disrespect extended towards me. What happened to human kindness? Treat your neighbor? Not store policy?
